영유아 교사의 직무만족, 교사효능감, 조직몰입이 행복에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 = The effects of job satisfaction, self-efficacy, and organizational commitment on child-care teacher`s happiness

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study looks at the way the happiness of child-care teachers influences their job performance, examines the relationships between their happiness, job satisfaction. Self=efficacy, and the organizational commitment of the institution in which they work and way self-efficacy and organizational commitment influence the relationshio between their job satisfaction and their happiness. The data were collected from 307child-care teachers of child-care centers in Seoul, Gyeong gi-do and Gyeong sang buk-do and analyzed whth SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0. The results are as follows: First, child-care teachers` happiness related positively with job satisfaction and self-efficacy. Secondly, their feelings of happiness were directly influenced by job satisfaction and self-efficacy, while the relationship between job satisfaction and happiness was mediated by self-efficacy. These findings point out that efforts needed to improve job satisfaction and self-efficacy are internal, when they are dependent upon personal feelings and endeavors and external when connected to commitments made by organizations.
