여성 진로 발달 및 상담에 관한 국내 연구 동향 = A Review of Research Trends on Career Development and Counseling for Women in Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 국내 학술지를 중심으로 여성의 진로 발달 및 상담에 관한 연구 동향을 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2000년~2012년까지 총 38개의 학술지에 게재된 경험적 연구 중 청소년, 여자 대학생, 직장여성, 경력단절 여성을 대상으로 수행된 연구 87편에 대해 년도, 연구방법, 연구주제, 연구 도구별 현황을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 여대생을 대상으로 한 연구들이 가장 많았으며, 2007년도를 기점으로 점차 여성 관련 논문들이 증가하기 시작해 2011년도에 가장 많이 출판되었다. 연구 방법은 조사 연구방법이, 연구주제는 진로 발달결과, 맥락적 변인, 개인변인에 관한 연구들이 가장 많이 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 연구대상별 측정도구의 활용 동향은 청소년의 경우, 진로 성숙도 척도가, 여대생은 진로장벽 척도와 진로결정효능감 척도가, 성인 여성은 일-가족 관련 척도를 사용한 연구가 가장 많았다. 이러한 여성 진로 발달 및 상담에 관한 연구 동향의 분석 결과를 토대로, 여성 진로상담 연구와 실제에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This article reviewed research trends on career development and counseling of women in Korea. We selected 87 empirical studies for female adolescents, female college student, working women, and career interrupted women which have been published by thirty eight journal articles since 2001. The data were analyzed by year, research methods, research topics and measurement tools across the research subjects. The results showed that the most common subjects in the studies were female college students. The number of studies about women's career development and counseling increased in starting point 2007 and particularly, were the most in 2011. Descriptive field studies were the most and the most explored research topics were career development outcomes, contextual variables, and personal variables such as personal characteristics, self-concept, and self-identity. Career maturity inventory for adolescents, career barriers inventory for college student, and work-family related measurement tool for adult women were made the most use. Based on the results, the implications at research and practice of career development and counseling for women were provided.
