자기심리학적 미술치료가 집단따돌림 피해 아동의 자기애와 부적응 행동에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of Self Psychological Art Therapy on the Maladjustment Behaviors and the Narcissism of The Girl, a Victim of Bullying

The purpose of this study is to verify and analyze the effects of self psychological art therapy on the maladjustment behaviors and the narcissism of a girl, a victim of bullying.
The subject for this study the 6th grade girl who had been bullied from 5th grade was asked a therapy by her home teacher. This program lasted from April, 2007 to October, 2007, once a week for 24 sessions. Research tools are NPDS(Narcissistic Personality Disorder Scale), K-CBCL(Korea-Child Behaviors Checklist). The narcissism was analyzed and the maladjustment behaviors was observed.
The conclusion of research are as follows;
First, as to analysis of NPDS, there was the positive changes on the score. There was the reenaction the mirroring selfobject transference, the idealizing selfobject transference and transmuting internalization on art therapy process.
Second, as to analysis of K-CBCL, there was the positive changes on the score. There was the positive improvements on the maladjustment behaviors of children.
This result confirmed that self psychological art therapy was effective on the narcissism of a child, transmuting internalization and the maladjustment behaviors through the empathy of therapist, patient's work and working process.
This study has a problem to generalize, but the following studies through self psychological art therapy were asked to children who has some maladjustment behaviors.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자기심리학적 미술치료가 집단따돌림 피해 아동의 자기애와 부적응 행동에 어떠한 효과를 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 집단따돌림 피해를 겪고 있던 초등학교 6학년 여학생을 대상으로 S초등학교에서 2007년 4월부터 10월까지 주 1 회 24회기 실시되었다. 자기애 측정을 위해 NPDS와 자기애 분석이 실시되었으며 부적응 행동 측정을 위해 K-CBCL과 부적응 행동 관찰이 담임교사에 의해 실시되었다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, NPDS의 검사 결과 긍정적인 변화가 있었으며 추후까지 지속되고 있음을 알 수 있었고, 치료 과정 중 자기애를 분석한 결과 치료에 대한 신뢰, 거울 전이, 이상화 전이가 표현되고 자기대상의 내면화가 나타났다. 둘째, K-CBCL의 검사 결과 긍정적인 변화가 있었으며 추후까지 지속되고 있음을 알 수 있었고, 부적응 행동이 감소되고 변화가 지속되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 자기심리학적 미술치료는 미술작업과 치료자의 공감을 통하여 아동의 자기애를 활성화시키고 변형적 내면화를 이룰 수 있으며 부적응 행동을 감소시키는데 효과적인 접근법이라 사료된다. 따라서 일반화에 무리가 있으나 자기심리학적 미술치료를 통한 다양한 부적응 행동 치료에 대한 지속적인 연구가 요구된다.
