비디오자기모델링 중재가 발달장애아동의 지역사회적응능력 변화에 미치는 효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 비디오 자기모델링 중재가 발달장애아동의 지역사회적응능력 변화에 미치는 효과를 알아보고, 중재가 종결된 후 변화의 유지 수준을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 초등학교 1～3학년에 재학 중인 발달장애아동 11명을 연구대상으로 선정하였으며, 연구대상 아동의 연령에서 개인의 독립생활과 지역사회의 기대 및 요구 수준을 수행하는데 필요한 7영역의 표적행동을 연구대상 아동 자신을 모델로 한 비디오로 제작하여 중재도구로 활용하였다. 표적행동의 변화를 측정하기 위해 단일사례연구의 ‘과제 간 중다기초선 설계’를 사용하였고, 측정된 결과는 기울기(slope)를 통해 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 전체아동의 과제수행능력의 기초선 평균은 11.61점으로 ‘교사의 전반적 도움’을 상회하는 수준을 나타냈으나 개입단계에서는 18.87점으로 ‘신체적 도움’과 ‘언어적 도움’ 중간을 상회하는 수준을 나타냈고, 유지단계에서는 21.46점으로 ‘언어적 도움’을 상회하는 수준의 수행 능력을 나타냈다. 이와 같은 결과는 비디오 자기모델링 중재가 발달장애아동의 지역사회적응능력 향상에 유의미한 효과가 있었고, 유지에도 유의미한 효과가 있었다는 것을 보여준다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research aims at examining the impacts of video self-modeling mediation on the changes in developmentally disabled children’s ability to adjust to a local community and the maintenance level of changes after the mediation is terminated. To accomplish these goals, 11 developmentally disabled children on the first to third grade in an elementary school were selected as the research subjects. The videos with the model of the research subject children were produced and used as the mediation tool, with regard to the target actions of 7 areas, which are necessary to perform personal independent life and meet the expectations and demand level of the local community at the age of the research subject children. In order to measure the changes in the target actions, ‘the multiple baseline design among tasks’ of a single case study was applied, and the measured results were analyzed through slope. In this research, the baseline average of the task performance ability of all children was 11.61 point, which surpassed the level of “teachers’ general help”. However, in the intervention stage, it was 18.87 point, whose level surpassed the middle between “physical help” and “linguistic help”, and in the maintenance stage, it was proved to be 21.46 point, which indicated the level of performance ability surpassing “linguistic help”. These results show that video self-modeling mediation was meaningfully effective for the improvement and maintenance of the capability to adjust to a local community of developmentally disabled children.
