대학생의 진로장벽 지각, 진로스트레스, 진로발달 및 진로준비행동에 관한 구조적 관계 분석 = A Structural Analysis of Career Stress, Career Barriers, Career Development, and Career Preparation Behavior of Undergraduate Students

This study aimed to examine how career stress was related to undergraduate students' career preparation behavior, how mediator factors affected students, and what process was involved. To verify the model, a survey was carried out on 354 university students residing in D city and K Province, Korea. To statistically process the collected data, SPSS win 14.0 and Amos 6.0 were used, and an analysis of the structural equation model was used to verify the model. The interpretation of goodness of fit index for confirmatory factor analysis of the research model proposed by structural equation model analysis was sufficient for the statistical analysis. As a result, modification model was set up. In the theoretical verification of the modification model and effect verification of indicators, the variables which showed the highest effect in undergraduate students were career preparation behavior and career development. Career stress and career barriers showed no effects on career preparation behavior. However, career stress and career barriers showed effects on career preparation behavior for the undergraduate career development. In particular, career relationship variables which affected students' career preparation behavior were explained.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 진로준비행동과 관련된 진로장벽 지각, 진로스트레스, 진로발달과의 관계에 대한 이론적 검증을 토대로 하여 구조모형을 설정하여 그 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구가설은 첫째, 대학생의 진로장벽 지각과 진로스트레스는 정적 관계를 지닐 것이다. 둘째, 대학생의 진로장벽은 진로발달은 부적 관계를 지닐 것이다. 셋째, 대학생의 진로장벽은 진로준비행동은 부적 관계를 지닐 것이다. 넷째, 대학생의 진로스트레스는 진로발달에 부적 관계를 지닐 것이다. 다섯째, 대학생의 진로스트레스는 진로준비행동에 부적 관계를 지닐 것이다. 여섯째, 대학생의 진로발달은 진로준비행동에 정적 영향을 줄 것이다. 연구대상은 D시와 K도에 소재한 6개의 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 384명의 학생으로 설정하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS win 14.0과 Amos 6.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결론은 첫째, 대학생은 진로장벽을 많이 지각할수록 진로스트레스도 많이 겪는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생은 진로장벽을 많이 지각할수록 진로발달에 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 진로장벽 지각은 진로준비행동을 직접 설명하지 못하고, 매개기능 변인인 진로발달을 통해 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학생은 진로스트레스를 많이 겪을수록 진로발달에 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 대학생의 진로스트레스는 진로준비행동을 직접 설명하지 못하고, 매개기능 변인인 진로발달을 통해 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 대학생의 진로발달은 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 대학생의 바람직한 진로준비행동을 위해서는 진로발달을 탐색할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 진로에 대한 준비행동을 점검하는 과정에서 학생들의 진로발달의 수준을 파악하여 상담과정에 효율적으로 활용할 수 있다면, 궁극적으로 학생의 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 변화를 이룰 수 있을 것이다.
