다문화시대 예비유아교사교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구 = A Study on the Development of a Multicultural Education Program for Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers in Multicultural Society

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was examined the suggestion of educational program for in multicultural society. For this purpose, the study was examined, early childhood teacher education program objectives, contents, methods and evaluation through literature review. The object of the multiculral pre-service early childhood teacher educational program was equipped culturally responsive knowledge, attitudes, and skill. Also educational content has been involve understanding of teacher own culture, multicultural understanding in the process of early childhood education, understand to parents and parent education, multicultural understanding of social phenomena. The educational method was autobiography writing, discuss, and field experience. And educational program assessment was qualitative and quantitative methods for pre-service early childhood teachers' multicultural knowledge and attitudes were to evaluate.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 다문화시대에서 요구하는 예비유아교사교육의 방향을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰을 하였고 예비유아교사교육의 목표, 내용, 방법, 평가에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구결과에 의하면, 다문화 시대 예비유아교사교육의 목표는 교사 스스로 다문화에 대응할 수 있는 지식, 태도, 기술을 갖추는 것이었고, 교육내용은 교사 스스로의 문화에 대한 이해, 다문화 유아교육과정에 대한 이해, 부모에 대한 이해 및 부모교육, 사회적 현상으로서 다문화에 대한 이해 등이 포함되었으며, 교육방법은 자서전 쓰기와 토론하기, 현장 학습이 있었다. 또한 교육평가는 질적 평가와 양적 평가를 활용하여 예비유아교사의 다문화 지식 및 태도 변화를 평가해야 할 필요성이 지적되었다.
