진로전환검사 타당화 연구 = The Korean Validation Study of the Transition Guide Questionaire Scale

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the present study is to verify the reliability and validity of Korean version of the Transition Guide Questionnaire(TGQ) Scale for adult transitioners. Preliminary scale subjects consisted of 100 transitioners in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Kwangju and extracted 25 items of three-factor from factor analysis, factor 1(situtations), factor 2(coping strategies), facter 3(supports). The final scale subjects consisted of 262 adult transitioners in Seoul, Gyeounggi, Incheon, Daegu, Pusan, Kwangju. In the final scale analysis, 22 items were selecteted. Based the final data, tested the TGQ's internal consistency and confirmatory factor analysis to prove construct validity. The confirmatory factor analysis indicated that three-factor model proved good fit to the data, and its good internal consistency(Cronbach'=.89) was confirmed. Also the TGQ's concurrent validity for verifying correlation was significantly correlated with Career Indecision and Vocational Identity. Implications for counseling practice and future research were suggested. The TGQ scale can apply usefully to assess the transitional adaptability of adults who are confronted with the voluntary or involuntary career transition, and to intervene adults career counseling.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 성인에게 사용될 수 있는 진로전환검사(Transition Guide Questionnaire)를 번안하고 타당화 하였다. 서울, 경기, 광주에서 전직지원프로그램에 참여하고 있는 남녀 100명을 대상으로 한 예비연구에서 환경, 대처전략, 지지 3가지 하위요인 25문항이 추출되었다. 본 검사는 서울, 경기, 인천, 대구, 부산, 광주에서 전직지원프로그램에 참여하고 있는 262명의 성인 구직자를 대상으로 실시하여 최종 22문항이 결정되었다. 본 연구 자료를 토대로 진로전환검사에 대한 신뢰도를 구하고, 구인타당도 검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 3요인 구조의 적합도가 유의하게 검증되었고 모형의 간명성도 입증되었으며, 문항전체 신뢰도와 하위요인별 내적합치도가 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 공인타당도를 검증하기 위해 진로결정수준과 직업정체감 척도와의 상관분석을 실시한 결과 유의한 상관이 있음이 확인되었다. 분석결과에 대해 요약하고, 진로전환검사 개발이 갖는 의의에 대해 논의하였으며, 연구의 한계 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. 본 도구는 자발적 또는 비자발적으로 진로를 전환해야 할 상황에 직면한 성인들의 전환적응성을 평가하고, 성인의 진로상담을 위한 개입에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
