가정학대 피해 가출 청소년을 위한 정서조절 집단상담 프로그램 개발 = The Development of the Emotional Regulation Group Counseling Program for the Familial Abused Runaway Youths

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 가정학대 피해 가출 청소년들의 정서조절 측면을 향상시키기 위하여 정서조절 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 프로그램 개발 과정은 김창대(2002)의 프로그램 개발 모형을 토대로 단계적으로 진행되었다. 프로그램 효과를 검증하기 위하여, 수도권 소재 쉼터에 거주하는 청소년 중 가정학대로 가출한 청소년 63명을 대상으로 실험집단 31명, 통제집단 32명으로 배정하여, 사전-사후 검사 설계로 진행하였다. 집단상담은 8회기로 구성되어, 각 회기별 90분씩 주 2회 총 4주간에 걸쳐 실시되었다. 프로그램 실시 전 실험집단과 통제집단의 동질성 검증을 위해 독립표본 t 검증을 실시하고, 프로그램의 효과 여부와 지속성을 확인하기 위해 공분산 분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 분석결과 정서조절 집단상담에 참여한 실험집단의 가정학대 피해 가출 청소년은 우울감, 상태분노, 특성분노, 자아존중감, 공격성에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 통제집단의 경우에는 의미 있는 영향이 나타내지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 정서조절 집단상담 프로그램이 가정학대 피해 가출 청소년들의 정서조절에 유용한 것으로 확인되었다. 끝으로 본 연구 내용을 토대로 제언이 논의되었다.

The purpose of this study was to design and develop the emotional regulation group counseling program for the familial abused runaway youths to analyze the effects of the program. This study followed Kim Changdae’s (2002) systematic program development models. The researcher carried out the independent t-test and conducted the ancova. The results of this research showed that the emotional regulation group counseling program had significant effects on the participant group in the depression, aggression, self-esteem, state anger and trait anger but didn't show the significant effect on the control group. Suggestions based on this research were also discussed.
