사회복지종사자의 감성지능 수준에 따라 감정노동이 소진에 미치는 영향 = The effect of Emotional Labor on Burn-Out of Employees in Social Welfare Organization According to Their Emotional Intelligence

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study explored relationship between the emotional labor and Burn-Out of employees in social welfare organization and institution according to their emotional intelligence. Survey data were collected from 179 employees in social welfare organization and institution and analyzed by correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis and multiple modrating regression analysis The results of this study were as follows; First, there were significantly positive correlations between emotional labor and burn-out. Also, emotional labor had partly positive effect on burn-out. Second, emotional intelligence of social welfare organization and institution plays a morderating role in relation between emotional labor and burn-out.
