상담자의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 자기위로능력의 조절효과 = The Moderating Effect of Soothing Ability in the Relationship between Counselor`s Job Stress and Burnout.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to investigate the moderating effect of the soothing ability in the relationship between counselor`s of job stress and burnout. Participants in this research were 194 counselors working in university counseling centers, youth support centers, counseling organization. They completed a questionnaire survey of job stress, soothing ability, and burnout. Collected data was examined using correlation analyses and hierarchical multiple regression analyses. The results showed that job-related stress and the soothing ability predicted the burnout of counselors. Also, it was found that the soothing ability moderated the relationship between counselor`s of job stress and their burnout. These results indicate that the soothing ability is an important factor in reducing the burnout of counselors.
