유아의 사회적 강점ㆍ난점과 교사-유아관계가 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향 = A study on the Relationship Among Teacher-Child Relationship, Social Strengthens and Difficulties and Ego-Resilience of the Preschool-Aged Children.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study explored the relations among teacher-child relationship, social strengthens and difficulties, and ego-resiliency of the preschool-aged children. The participants were 183 children and their parents, 21 teachers. Data were collected by questionnaire from the teachers of 5-year-old children (N=183). Data were analyzed by correlation and hierarchical analysis using the SPSS program. The results were as follows. First, the levels of ego-resilience correlated negatively with teacher-child conflict, and positively with teacher-child closeness. Second, the levels of ego-resilience correlated with emotional symptoms, peer problems, and positively prosocial behavior. In predicting children’s ego resilience, analysis of the explanation of the teacher-child relationship, social strengthens and difficulties showed that children’s social strengthens and difficulties have a more powerful explanation than that of the teacher-child relationship.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아의 사회적 강점·난점과 교사-유아관계가 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향력을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 G광역시에 위치한 유치원과 어린이집에 재원한 만 5세 유아와 부모 183명과 그들의 담임 교사 21명이었으며, 교사-유아 관계, 유아의 사회적 강점·난점 그리고 자아탄력성 검사지로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS 프로그램을 통해 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 유아의 자아탄력성과 교사-유아 관계 중 친밀함은 정적 상관이, 갈등적인 교사-유아 관계는 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 자아탄력성과 사회적 강점·난점의 영역 중 정서적 문제와 또래관계 문제와는 부적 상관이 친사회적 행동과는 정적 상관을 보이고 있다. 셋째, 유아의 자아탄력성에 대한 교사-유아 관계와 사회적 강점·난점의 설명력은 각각 10%, 25.2%인 것으로 나타났다.
