배려지향적 도덕성의 유아교사교육 적용을 위한 탐색적 연구 = Exploring the implication of care-oriented morality on early childhood teacher education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to explore the implication of care-oriented morality on early childhood teacher education and to find some suggestions.
Through the reference study, first, we studied the relation of care-oriented morality and justice-oriented morality, second, explored the study trend of care-oriented morality, finally, defined the suggestion about the development of early childhood teacher education program based on care-oriented morality.
Consequently, this study showed the importance of development of early childhood teacher education program for early childhood teachers to cognize and practice the care-oriented morality.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 세계화의 추세로 이웃과 문화에 대한 이해와 배려가 절실하게 필요한 우리나라 교육의 현시점에서 배려지향적 도덕성의 유아교육 적용을 탐색해 보고 그 시사점을 발견하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 통해 첫째, 배려지향적 도덕성과 정의지향적 도덕성과의 관계를 살펴보고, 둘째, 배려지향적 도덕성의 연구경향을 살펴보며, 마지막으로 배려지향적 도덕성을 기반으로 한 유아 교사교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 시사점을 밝혀 보았다. 결과적으로 본 연구에서는 배려지향적 도덕성을 유아교사가 인식하고 실천할 수 있도록 구체적인 교사교육 프로그램의 개발을 위한 노력이 필요함을 시사하였다.
