사내기업가정신이 기술혁신을 매개로 한 조직유효성에 미치는 영향- 혁신형 중소기업을 중심으로 - = The Influence of Corporate Entrepreneurship on organizational effectiveness Mediated by Technology Innovation-Focusing on the Innovative Small and Medium Enterprises-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 급변하는 경영환경에서 중소기업들은 기술혁신을 통한 기업 성장 전략이 유효한 수단으로 인식하고 있다. 이러한 환경변화 대응할 수단인 기술혁신에 사내기업가정신이 어떠한 영향을 미치고 더 나아가 기술혁신이 조직유효성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 관하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 사내기업가정신이 기술혁신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있으며, 기술혁신은 조직유효성 중 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 기술혁신 내에서 제품혁신은 프로세스혁신에 정(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 중소기업에서의 사내기업가정신이 기술혁신과 조직유효성에 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 시사한다. 이를 위해 중소기업의 기술혁신을 위한 기업문화의 변화에 정부차원의 적극적인 지원이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Under recent rapidly-changing management environment, small and medium businesses recognize the growth strategy through technology innovation as an effective means. This study examined the impact of such technology innovation as a means to cope with environment change on corporate entrepreneurship and furthermore on the organizational effectiveness.
The results showed that corporate entrepreneurship has a positive effect on technology innovation, which has a positive effect on organizational commitment. In addition, product innovation as a subgroup of technology innovation has a positive impact on process innovation. These results suggest that corporate entrepreneurship plays an important role in small and medium businesses. This finding indicates that active governmental support is required to change corporate culture toward technology innovation in small and medium businesses.
