지각된 직장 내 음주규범과 음주행위 간의 관계: 음주동기의 매개효과 = Perceived Alcohol Drinking Norms and Alcohol Drinking Behavior at the Workplace Mediating Effects of Alcohol Drinking Motives.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 우리나라 직장인의 음주행위에 있어 지각된 직장 내 음주규범이 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 이들 간의 관계를 분석하였으며 또한, 두 변수 간의 관계에 있어 개인의 인지능력을 나타내는 음주동기를 매개변수로 설정하여 그 역할을 검토하였다.
연구의 결과, 지각된 직장 내 음주규범은 음주행위에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 음주의 고양, 대처, 그리고 사교동기 역시 음주행위에 정(+)의 영향을 보이나, 동조동기는 부(-)의 영향이 나타났다. 마지막으로 지각된 직장 내 음주규범과 음주행위 간의 관계에 있어 동조동기만 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 다음과 같은 시사점을 제공한다.
첫째, 음주행위에 지각된 직장 내 음주규범이 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수임을 시사한다. 둘째, 음주동기가 지각된 직장 내 음주규범과 음주행위에 있어 매개역할을 함으로써 최종적 경로로써 중요한 변수임을 시사한다. 마지막으로 음주행위에 있어 고양동기, 대처동기, 그리고 사교동기의 목적에서 음주를 하게 된다면 보다 많은 음주를 하게 됨을 시사한다.
이상의 연구 결과는 조직의 인적자원관리에 있어 구성원의 행동 규범이 조직 유효성을 증대할 수 있는 유효한 요인의 하나로 충분히 고려되어야 할 것으로 본다. 또한 음주라는 매개체의 중요성에 대한 인식의 변화를 통해 구성원의 행동을 통제할 수 있는 방안을 모색할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 이를 통해 조직의 인적자원개발에 대한 다양한 접근을 제고 할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study attempted to find out a mediating effects of Drinking Motives between perceived Drinking Norms and Drinking Behavior at work site. Further, we identified Drinking Motives role as antecedents of drinking behavior of employees and its relationship at the workplace. For the analysis to suggested model, Using a sample of Korean workers(N = 621), this study tested relationship both test variables effects on drinking behavior. Results showed that both Independent variables are significantly positive effects on alcohol drinking behaviour. Especially, Percevied Drinking Norms were significantly affected drinking behavior, and each Drinking Motives had been a significantly effected on alcohol drinking behavior. Further, all variables of drinking motives were tested a mediation role between Drinking Norms and alcohol drinking behavior. We found that a mediating effects of some variables such as enhancement motive, coping motive, and social motive were positive related to drinking behavior. In conclusion, we provided some theoretical and practical implications in addition to limitations.
