대학 재학 중 취업 및 진로개발지원 프로그램 참여 경험과 취업과의 관계에서 진로목표설정, 진로준비행동의 매개효과 = The Mediation Effect of Career Goal Setting and Career Preparation Behavior on relation of University`s Career Development Programs and Employment

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is examined the direct or indirect effect with career goal setting and career preparation behavior which is between university`s career development programs and employment, and is finding the structural difference on degree of satisfaction. Thus, it is analyze the hypothetical structural equation model to relation with career goal setting, career preparation behavior, career development programs and employment through 2010GOMS data, and compares to coefficient of path by implementation of the structural model invariance across the groups. At last, the study was tested to mediation effect of career goal setting and career preparation behavior on relation of career development programs and employment. According to this result, first, the partial mediation model has been selected on this study. For the more, the study has shown the significant effect, which participation of career development program given to career goal setting and career preparation behavior. And both the career goal setting and career development programs give the significant effect on employment. Second, The group, that has high satisfaction on career development program, indicates significant difference to route of career goal setting to career preparation behavior, participation of career development program to employment and career goal setting to employment. Third, the result on the test of mediation effect can be possible to make the assumption of significant effect on participation of career development program and career goal setting. Furthermore, it represents that the career goal setting has significant effect on career preparation behavior. Consequentially, it shows the possibility liner causality that the two mediation factors give the significant effect on employment. Finally, implications of this study and suggestions of the future research were discussed.
