영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 영아 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육스트레스에 어머니의 자기효능감, 아버지의 양육참여도, 부모의 부부관계의 질, 그리고 아동의 발달이 미치는 직?간접적 영향력을 밝히기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 선행연구를 바탕으로 구조방정식 모형을 설정하고 RMSEA, CFI, TLI, NFI 등의 적합도 지수를 이용하여 모형의 적합도를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 한국아동패널의 1차년도(2008년) 조사에 참여한 2,078명의 신생아와 그들의 어머니이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 어머니의 자기효능감과 아버지의 양육참여도는 부모의 부부관계의 질을 통해 어머니의 양육스트레스에 유의한 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 어머니의 자기효능감이 낮고 아버지의 양육참여도가 낮을수록, 부부관계의 질도 낮아졌다. 그리고 이는 어머니의 양육스트레스를 증가시켰다. 아동의 발달은 어머니의 양육스트레스에 직접적으로 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위에서도 언급했듯이, 부부관계의 질은 어머니의 양육스트레스에 유의한 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 부부관계의 질이 낮을수록 양육스트레스가 높았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research was conducted in order to find out the direct and indirect effects of mother"s self-efficacy, the degree of father"s involvement in parenting, the quality of marital relationships, and child"s development on infancy maternal parenting stress. For this purpose, we created a structural equation model and examined the goodness of fit of the model using the RMSEA, CFI, TLI, and NFI. The participants of this study were 2,078 newborns and their mothers taken from the 1st year of the Korea Children"s Panel. the results of the research are as follows: First, mother"s self-efficacy and the degree of father"s involvement in parenting had a significant indirect effect on maternal parenting stress through the quality of marital relationships. The lower mother"s self-efficacy and degree of father"s involvement in parenting, the lower quality of marital relationship. And it increase maternal parenting stress finally. Child"s development had a significant negative effect on maternal parenting stress directly. As mentioned above, quality of marital relationships had a significant negative effect maternal parenting stress directly also. Shortly, the lower quality of marital relationships, the lower maternal parenting stress.
