가족 및 사회적 의사소통 유형에 따른 대학생의 스트레스 대처방식 차이

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 가족간의 의사소통 사회적 의사소통 유형에 따른 대학생의 스트레스 대처방식의 차이를 밝혀내는데 목적이 있다. 분석결과 첫째, 가족 의사소통 유형에 따른 스트레스 대처방식의 차이를 살펴 본 결과 대화를 중시하는 다원적 가족 유형의 대학생들은 문제중심적 대처, 사회적 지지추구 대처, 소망적 사고 대처방식을 많이 사용하는 반면, 가족안에서 위계질서나 순응을 중시하는 보호적 가족은 정서완화적 대처방식을 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 의사소통 유형에 따른 스트레스 대처방식의 차이를 살펴본 결과 주장력과 반응력이 모두 높은 양성적 성향(능력있는)의 대학생들과 반응력이 높은 여성적 커뮤니케이션 성향을 가지고 있는 대학생들은 문제중심 대처, 사회적 지지 대처, 소망적 사고 대처방식을 많이 사용하는 반면 주장력만 높은 남성적 스타일의 대학생들과 주장력과 반응력이 모두 낮은 미분화된(능력없는) 커뮤니케이션 성향을 가진 대학생들은 이 세가지 대처방식을 적게 사용하는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The current study examined the difference of the college students' stress coping style according to the family communication pattern and socio-communication style. Results show that those students who had a pluralistic family communication pattern in which conversation was cherished used the problem centered strategy, the social support seeking strategy, and hopeful thinking strategy more often, whereas those students who had a protective family communication pattern in which hierarchical order and compliance were emphasized used affection relieving strategy more often. Second, those students who was androgynous with high assertiveness and responsiveness, and those who was feminine with high responsiveness used more frequently the problem centered strategy, the social supportive strategy, and wishful coping strategy, whereas those who was masculine with high assertiveness and those who had non-distinctive communication style with low assertiveness and responsiveness used these three strategies less frequently.
