경도지적장애학생의 NCS 기반 바리스타 직무교육과정 수행이 직무능력 향상에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of a NCS-based Barista Training Course on Improvements in the Job Competency of Students with Mild Intellectual Disabilities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of a barista training course on the job competency and potential of high school and post secondary school student with mild intellectual disabilities by applying a NCS -based barista training course. Selecting ten students consisting of high school and post secondary school student with mild intellectual disabilities, the study conducted the barista training course for 192 hours (30 hours for basic vocational abilities and 162 hours for vocational-achievement abilities); five times each week and 39 classes. Improve job performance level was measured by performing students who participated in the competency assessment process barista job training programs. The results of the study showed that all subjects improved their job competency(basic vocational abilities, vocational-achievement abilities), and they became interested and gained confidence in the work of baristas by obtaining a barista`s license. The analysis of the subjects written reviews also revealed that their sense of self-achievement improved, their perception of baristas changed positively, and their understudying of vocational infrastructure for baristas was broadened. In addition, Barista Level 2 qualification results take 10 people to become certified barista certification get certified was 70%.
