As for delivering classes of students' Postsecondary Education Program, schools managed curriculums themselves, emphasizing vocational technical education.
Second, an examination into the management of the curriculums of the Postsecondary Education Program in Special School for the Mentally Disabled Students was examined. As for a plan to shift to an ITP(Individualized Transition Plan), schools showed differences in operating the plan, teachers expressed negative reactions to it and parents showed low participation. There was lots of difficulty in operating the curriculum because of huge difference among students attributed to severe disabilities.
