대학생의 그릿과 자율성, 마인드셋 그리고 학업지속의향 간의 구조적 관계 = The Structural Relationship among Autonomy, Mindset and Academic Persistence Intention with Grit

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 그릿이 자율성, 마인드셋 그리고 학업지속의향과 어떤 구조적 관계를 보이는지 탐색하고자 구조방정식 모형을 설정하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 394명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 각 변인간의 관계와 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자율성과 마인드셋은 그릿에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 그릿은 학업지속의향에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 그릿은 자율성과 학업지속의향의 관계를, 마인드셋과 학업지속의향의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 대학의 중도탈락률을 줄이고 대학생들의 학업지속을 유지하기 위한 방안을 모색할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 주요 시사점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the present study is to examine the structural relationship among autonomy, mindset and academic persistence intention with grit. A sample of 394 college students participated in the study to conduct the survey. This study was used structural equation modeling analysis of study question established. The results were as followed. First, the direct effects of autonomy and mindset on grit were significant. Second, the direct effect of grit on academic persistence intention was significant. Third, grit mediated the relationship between autonomy and academic persistence intention. Also grit mediated the relationship between mindset and academic persistence intention. From these results, we look forward to searching for a plan that reduce dropout rate and maintain college students’ academic persistence. Finally, limitations and suggestions which was based on the results of the study for future study were discussed
