청소년 자살 고위험 집단의 심리적 특성 = Psychological Characteristics of High Risk Group in Adolescent Suicide

국문 초록 (Abstract)

기존 연구들에서 청소년 자살과 관련된다고 시사된 다양한 심리적 변인들을 함께 고려하는 포괄적 접근을 통해 청소년 자살 고위험 집단의 심리적 특성을 파악하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해 기존연구에서 청소년 자살과 관련된다고 시사된 15개의 심리적 변인을 측정할 수 있는 우울, 무망감, 삶의 의미, 역기능적 충동성, 수동적 삶의 자세, 간이정신진단, 자아존중감, 자기수용, 자아탄력성, 문제해결기술, 부모-자녀간의 의사소통, 가정의 화목도, 학교생활만족도, 생활스트레스, 사회적 지지, 자살생각 척도 등으로 질문지를 구성하여 청소년 523명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째로, 자살생각 점수를 상, 중, 하집단으로 나누어 심리적 변인 15개의 점수를 기초로 일원변량분석과 사후 검증을 실시한 결과, 심리적 변인 15개의 집단간 차이가 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 두 번째로, 심리적 변인 15개의 총점들 각각을 예언변인으로 하고 자살생각 점수를 종속변인으로 해서 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 자살생각에 대해 유의미한 설명을 하는 심리적 변인들은 자기수용, 수동적 삶의 자세, 정신건강상태, 자아탄력성, 문제해결기술, 가정의 화목도, 무망감 등인 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점과 앞으로의 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research is to examine the psychological characteristics of adolescent suicide, based on the psychological variables reportedly related with former researches. For this purpose, 523 adolescents were surveyed with questionnaires, concerning depression, hopelessness, meaning of life, dysfuctional impulsivity, passive attitude in life, symptom checklist, self-esteem, self-acceptance, ego-resilience, problem solving, parent-to-child communication, family atmosphere, degree of school life satisfaction, life stress, social support and suicide ideation. First, the target group was divided into 3 subgroups, according to the suicide ideation scale, and one-way ANOVA and Scheffe's test were executed, based on the points of 15 psychological variables. As a result, the difference of 15 psychological variables among the groups was of significance. Second, the regression analysis was executed, the points of 15 psychological variables being the predicted variables, and the points of suicide ideation being dependent variables. As a result, the psychological variables effective turned out to be self-acceptance, passive attitude in life, mental healthiness, ego- resilience, problem solving, family atmosphere, and hopelessness. Lastly, the discussion follows about the meaning of this research and the latter researches.
