학교분위기가 중학생의 등교공포에 미치는 영향 = 학교폭력의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구의 목적은 학교분위기가 학교폭력과 등교공포에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 학교분위기와 등교공포의 직접적인 관계와, 학교분위기가 등교공포에 미치는 영향에 있어서 학교폭력의 간접효과와 매개효과를 살펴보고, 학교분위기와 학교폭력, 등교공포의 관계를 이론적으로 모형화하였다.
연구대상은 서울, 경기지역에 있는 12개의 중학교를 편의표집하여 선정된 중학생들이며, 최종적으로 1,317부의 설문조사지를 분석하였다. 학교분위기는 등교공포에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 학교분위기는 또래폭력과 교사폭력을 매개로 하여 등교공포에 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이상의 분석결과를 바탕으로 학생들의 또래폭력, 교사폭력과 등교공포를 감소시키기 위해 학교분위기를 개선시키기 위한 개입의 필요성을 파악할 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to see the effects of school climate on school violence and fears of attending school. The direct relationship between school climates and fears of attending school will be examined, as well as the indirect and mediated effects of school violence in that school climates influence the fears of attending school. A theoretical model of the relationships of school climates, school violence, and fears of attending school will be given.
The subjects of the surveys were chosen from 12 junior high schools in the Seoul, Gyeonggi area through convenience sampling. 1,317 surveys were then analyzed. School climates directly affect the fear of going to school through the mediums of peer and teacher violence. The derived results stress the necessity of improving school climates in order to reduce violence from peers and teachers and to reduce fear of attending school.
