진로태도성숙과 심리적 변인들과의 관계 : 자기효능감, 직업가치, 주도성을 중심으로 = An Examination of the Relationships between Career Maturity and Psychological Variables: Focused on Self-Efficacy, Work Values, and Proactivity

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between career maturity and psychological variables among female university students in Korea. This study investigated students' self-efficacy, internal and external work values, and proactivity and the relationships with their career maturity. The research results demonstrated that there were significant differences in the levels of career maturity depending on the levels of self-efficacy, internal work values, external work values, and proactivity. Among the psychological variables, self-efficacy had the biggest impact on career maturity. All of the psychological variables explained 48% of the variances of career maturity.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 우리나라 여대생의 진로태도성숙과 관련된 심리적 변인과의 관계를 파악하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 특히 자기효능감, 내재적 직업가치와 외재적 직업가치, 주도성과의 관계를 분석함으로써 우리나라 여대생들의 진로태도성숙에 영향을 미치는 심리적 변인들과의 관계를 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 수도권 소재 여대생 480명을 대상으로 그들의 진로태도성숙, 자기효능감, 내재적 직업가치와 외재적 직업가치, 주도성 수준을 측정하였다. 연구결과, 자기효능감, 내재적 직업가치, 외재적 직업가치, 주도성의 수준에 따라 진로태도성숙의 수준이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있음이 드러났다. 또 연구된 심리적 변인 중에 자기효능감이 진로태도성숙에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 외재적 직업가치와 내재적 직업가치, 그리고 주도성을 포함한 변인들은 진로태도성숙 변량의 약 48%를 설명하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다.
