모자 애착문제 아동의 놀이치료 과정에 나타난 적응 및 갈등 전략 사용 경향 연구 = The tendency of adaptive and conflicted strategies used by children with mother-child attachment problems at play therapy

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analysis the tendency of adaptive and conflicted strategies used by children at their play therapy sessions. The subjects were 6 children with emotional and behavioral problems resulting from mother-child attachment relationship problems. All 16 sessions were ran for 50 minutes once a week by a therapist for every children. The whole sessions of play therapy was divided into four periods for assessing changes in using the strategies; initial(1-4session), middleⅠ(5-8session), middleⅡ(9-12 session), and the last(13-16session). Total of 96 sessions recorded were analyzed by two trained observers. The results showed that the frequencies of the adaptive strategies increased gradually through all the periods. The strategies like adaptation, affiliation, and anticipation were used the most, however sublimation, suppression, and problem-solving strategies were rarely used. In the conflicted strategies, there was a gradual increase from initial to middleⅠ& Ⅱ period, but there was a rapid reduction from middleⅡ to the last one. The conflicted strategies children used the most were projection, regression, and rationalization. On the other hand, children used somatization, repression, and isolation strategies very few. There were individual differences in the use of the strategies.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 모자 애착관계 문제에 기인된 여러 가지 행동 특징으로 상담실에 의뢰된 아동들에게 놀이치료를 실시하고, 아동들이 놀이치료 과정에서 사용한 적응 전략과 갈등 전략의 특징과 경향을 분석하였다. 녹화된 아동 6명의 각 16회기 동안의 놀이치료 전 과정을 초기, 중반Ⅰ, 중반Ⅱ, 말기로 나누고 훈련된 두 명의 관찰자가 적응 및 갈등 전략의 사용 빈도를 시기별로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 놀이치료 과정에서 아동들이 놀이에 사용한 적응 전략의 빈도는 시기가 지남에 따라 전반적으로 증가하였다. 하위내용에서 가장 많이 사용된 적응 전략은 적응, 동맹, 예견이었으며, 승화, 억제, 문제해결은 매우 빈도가 낮게 사용되었다. 둘째, 전반적인 갈등 전략의 빈도는 중반Ⅰ과 중반Ⅱ 시기까지 지속적인 증가를 보이다가 말기에 현저하게 감소하였다. 가장 많이 사용된 갈등 전략은 투사, 퇴행, 합리화였으며, 반대로 신체화, 억압, 격리는 아주 드물게 사용한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 적응 및 갈등 전략 사용 경향은 아동별로 개인차가 있었다.
