The purpose of this study was to investigate causal relationships among service quality, trust in instructors, training satisfaction and intention to re-register. For this, the study established and tested a theory model with service quality and trust in instructors as exogenous variables, training satisfaction as a mediator variable and intention to re-register as an endogenous variable. Empirical analysis was conducted for the subjects of 426 persons in total composed of 348 males, 78 females, who were training at kumdo training sites in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Collected data used statistical programs of SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0, and confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and covariance structure analysis. Through this process of analysis, the study found conclusions as below. tangibility, confidence and sympathy of service quality in kumdo training sites affected intention to re-register, while satisfaction with instructors and satisfaction with training programs affected intention to re-register. the model established in this study was found to be excellent and there were causal relationships among service quality, trust in instructors, training satisfaction and intention to re-register.
