고등학생의 진로성격유형에 따른 부모 진로지지와 진로의사결정 자기효능감의 관계: Holland 진로탐색검사를 중심으로 = Relationship between parents career support and career decision-making self-efficiency by the career personality types of high school students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 고등학생의 진로지도 및 효과적인 진로상담을 위해 Holland 진로유형에 따른 부모 진로지지와 진로의사결정 자기효능감의 관계와 Holland의 6각형 모형에서 서로 대립되는 진로유형(실재형 vs. 사회형, 탐구형 vs. 기업형, 예술형 vs. 관습형)에서 나타나는 부모 진로지지와 학생의 진로의사결정 자기효능감과의 관계를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 서울 시내 소재 인문계 고등학교 1학년에 재학 중인 300명의 학생을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 학생들이 지각하는 부모진로지지와 자기효능감과의 상관을 살펴보면, 실재형과 탐구형을 제외한 예술형, 사회형, 기업형, 관습형의 학생들은 부모의 진로지지를 높게 지각할수록 자기효능감도 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 부모 진로지지 하위변인과 진로의사결정 자기효능감 간의 관계 양상 또한 진로유형에 따라 달랐다. 또한, 6각형 모형의 서로 대립되는 진로유형 중 예술형-관습형의 대립되는 유형에서만, 학생이 지각한 부모 진로지지와 진로의사결정 자기효능감과의 상관의 차이가 유의미하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과로 기대되는 연구의 함의점과 제한점을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

To promote career guidance/career counseling for high school students, this study examined the relationships between parents’ career support and career decision-making self-efficiency by Holland career personality types and investigated the relationship between parents’ career support and students’ career decision-making self-efficiency with antithetic career types in Holland RIASEC model(Realistic vs. Social, Investigative vs. Enterprising and Artistic vs. Conventional). For this purpose, total of 300 first year high school students in Seoul participated. The results are as follow: parents career support and career decision-making self-efficiency, which are recognized by students, are positive relationship with all career types, except Realistic and Investigative types. In other words, if their parents give high career support their children, it would lead to high career decision-making self-efficiency. And, relationship between the sub-variables of parents’ career support and career decision-making self-efficiency were different by their career type. Also, of the antithetic career types of RIASEC model, only Artistic/Conventional - types of students showed significant difference in parents’ career support and career decision-making self-efficiency. At the end, implication and limitation of current study was discussed.
