학교폭력 피해청소년의 자살생각에 대한 연구 = A study on the influence of school violence on the adolescent's suicidal ideation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 학교폭력 피해경험이 청소년의 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 우울의 매개효과를 살펴본 후, 모형의 일부 경로에서 음주와 문제해결능력에 따른 집단 간 차이를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기 지역의 중고등학교에 재학 중인 남녀청소년 1,140명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 AMOS 5.0과 SPSS 12.0을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과 조사대상자 중 48.0%가 지난 1년간 학교폭력을 경험하였고, 42.3%가 지난 1주 동안 자살에 대한 생각을 하였다고 응답하였다. 학교폭력피해는 청소년의 우울과 자살생각에 정적으로 영향을 미치며 이는 통계적으로 유의미한 결과로 나타났다. 음주와 문제해결능력이 높은 집단과 낮은 집단에 대한 다집단분석을 실시한 결과, 학교폭력피해가 우울에서 자살생각으로 이르는 경로에 있어서 음주를 많이 한 청소년이 더 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 검증되었으나 문제해결능력은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 학교폭력피해에 노출된 청소년들의 자살을 예방하고 건강한 성장을 촉진시키는 실천적 개입의 함의를 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigated the influences of school violence on adolescent's suicidal ideation, where both the mediating effects of depression and alcohol, problem-solving ability difference are considered. A survey was conducted to 1,140 adolescents of mixed gender from middle and high school in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The data were examined by the statistics software AMOS 5.0 and SPSS12.0. As a result, 48.0% of the research group, experienced school violence in the previous year and 42.3% experienced suicidal ideation for the last week. It is shown from the structural equation model that School violence have positive effects on depression and suicidal ideation. The results of multi-group simultaneous analysis imply that school violence have different effects on suicide depending on alcohol but haven't different effects depending on problem-solving ability. Based on these findings, the research discussion extended to the implication of an intervention that prevents adolescent's suicide and promotes healthy development of the adolescents who are exposed to school violence.
