대학생의 학업적 자기효능감과 진로준비행동과의 관계: 낙관성의 매개효과 = The Study on Relationship between Learning Self-Efficacy and Career Preparation among University Students: The Mediating Role of Optimism

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study are two-fold. The first one is to investigate how the demographiccharacteristics affect college student's learning self-efficacy, optimism, and career preparation. The second oneis to examine the mediating role of optimism on the relationship between learning self-efficacy and careerpreparation. A total of four hundreds nine college students participated in this study. In order to answerthe research questions, frequency tests, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and hierarchical regression analysis wereused. The results of this study were as following. First, learning self-efficacy is different on gender,monthly salary, and the state of whether or not mentor exists. Optimism is different on gender, academicgrade, and the state of whether or not mentor exists. Career preparation is different on gender, academicgrade, monthly salary, and the state of whether or not mentor exists. Based on the results of study, it isfound that gender, academic grade, monthly salary, mentor, learning self-efficacy, and optimism makedifference on career preparation. Third, optimism has a partial mediating effect on the relationship betweenlearning self-efficacy and career preparation. This study shows that learning self-efficacy and optimism arecritical factor for career preparation. In order to improve college student's career preparation, student'sdemographic characteristics must be more seriously considered. Some implications are also discussed

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 낙관성, 진로준비행동에 있어서 사회인구학적 변인에 따른 차이를 분석하고, 학업적 자기효능감과 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 낙관성의 매개역할을 확인해보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 대학생 409명으로 사회인구학적 질문지와 학업적 자기효능감, 낙관성, 진로준비행동에 대한 측정도구를 사용하여 빈도분석, t-test, 일원배치분산분석(One-Way ANOVA), 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석, Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제시한 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 사회인구학적 변인에 따라 학업적 자기효능감(성별, 월수입, 멘토 유무), 낙관성(성별, 학년, 멘토 유무), 진로준비행동(성별, 학년, 월수입, 멘토 유무)은 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 대학생의 진로준비행동에는 학년, 월수입, 멘토, 학업적 자기효능감, 낙관성이 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 학업적 자기효능감과 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 낙관성은 부분매개효과가 있었다. 본 연구결과는 대학생의 진로준비행동을 높이기 위해서는 학업적 자기효능감과 낙관성의 개입이 이루어져야 하며, 사회인구학적 특성을 고려한 차별화된 진로지도가 필요하다는 사실을 시사한다.
