호텔 종사원의 직무스트레스가 직장-가정갈등과 소진 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 = The effects of Job Stress on Work-Family Conflict, Burnout, and Customer Orientation for Hotel Employee

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigated the effects of job stress on work-family conflict, burnout and customer orientation for hotel employee. Data was collected from 200 service employees of hotels in Asan area and a total of 193 responses were used for the analysis. According to the factor analysis, job stress factors were classified into job insecurity and emotional labor. And work-family conflict, burnout, customer orientation were composed of single dimension. Results of the hypothesis showed that job insecurity and emotional labor had positive effects on work-family conflict and burnout. Also work-family conflict had a positive effects on burnout. But work-family conflict and burnout had negative effect on customer orientation. In conclusion, the more both job insecurity and emotional labor of hotel employee workers perceive higher, the more work-family conflict and burnout they perceive are getting serious. As work-family conflict and burnout decrease their customer orientation significantly, it is necessary to find the ways reducing job insecurity and emotional labor and enhance customer orientation.
