표현중심 문학치료교육이 대학생의 우울 및 불안에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Literary Therapy Education on Depression and Anxiety of University Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to indicate the characteristics of depression and anxiety in the group of university students who got literary therapy education. Depression and discomfort was cross-checked in the three groups, 76 who already took the literary therapy education, 79 university students in taking class, and 94 who did not take the class. First, depression was lower in university students who took literary therapy education than in who are taking and who did not take literary therapy education, especially, the students who did not take its class were shown the highest depression. Secondly, anxiety was lower in university students who took literary therapy education than in who are taking and who did not take literary therapy education, especially, the students who did not take its class were shown the highest of anxiety. Thirdly, depression and anxiety in the two groups of who took literary therapy education and who are taking its class, was shown correlation between them. And the students who did not take its class were shown the correlation between depression and anxiety. As mentioned above, depression and anxiety was shown to be relived in the university students who took literary therapy education, and the enthusiastic and highly psychological resilience were shown in them, in daily life and campus life.
