        “베이피아오(北漂)”의 부유(浮遊)와 도시 공간의 의미

        Of China"s social problems, the family register problem has derived lots of problems. Since the isolation was generated between the rural zone and city due to the urban-oriented economic development strategy for People"s Republic of China to accumulate the original capital, and from a view of farmer the castle surrounding the city was very firm. Then, the castle solidified the isolation between the rural zone and city, and maintained openly the systematic differentiation. Of them, the flotation between the city of young workforce and around the city, and between the city and rural zone has affected not only their economic and social position but also their mind and emotion. This thesis focused on the life of Beipiao who with a life plan moved to Beijing and ran into it, and observed what meaning a city of Beijing has for them. These Beipiaos are the new farmer generations followed by 1st farmer generation who executed the illegal immigration from 1980, and they are basically urban-based floating population without the rural root consciousness. Comparing with the previous generation showed the unilateral immigration from the rural zone to the city, they showed the immigration tendency of more varied directions. The new farmers without family register in the city, who are overlapped in time with 80hou and 90hou, are different from the previous generation that worked, saved and sacrificed for their family, and want to have a lonesome job for them in a city. They have the better education than the previous generation, and being already accustomed to life in Beijing, they have their lifestyle stabled. Of them, the cultural consumption for them allows them have an identity to specify them, namely make them belong to Beijing. This thesis focused upon the dream of these Beipiao, the selection factor of immigration, and the signifying action of new city they are making, and highlighted that they should not lose the necessity of leading the China"s social change in the future. Specially, through this research, we propose the political and social consideration of them that we should not grasp their flotation individually but embrace their feeling of defeat or loss otherized in a city namely their mental wound with the politically emotional consideration so that they could belong to city and find their position. And, the another is that we should not grasp the concept of "the human urbanization" pursued in the 『National New Urbanization Plan(2014-2020)』progressed by the Chinese government only with the warranty of their legal position and provision of public service, but also we should orient the inter urban hierarchy through the essential relocation and distribution of urban function not by repeating and reproducing the differentiation structure of cultural capital between the big city and the middle and small city.

        중국신세대의 직업가치관이 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 직무만족의 조절효과에 관한 연구

        The new generation in China has a different environment and experience than in the past, and due to differences in values perceived by experience, managers on the site are experiencing generation differences. For this reason, it is time to study leadership and personnel management appropriate for talents with diverse goals and values at the organizational level, and to study the characteristics and capabilities of the older generation and others. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between vocational values and turnover intentions, with the aim of empirically analyzing job satisfaction from the theoretical perspective of Baring Hou and Jiu Ling Hou generation in various companies in China. The moderating effect of job satisfaction was verified for the study of Jiling Hou. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, regression analysis was conducted for reliability and validity, correlation analysis, and hypothesis test by using SPSS. The relationship value had a significant effect on turnover intention, and the moderating effect of job satisfaction was found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between job value and turnover intention. This study is difficult to generalize the results of this study, as it was examined in samples of the study by working members located in the eastern and northern areas of China. In future studies, it is deemed necessary to study areas and samples to further objectify them. In addition, more precise interviews through surveys and face-to-face interviews need to be conducted to better clarify the job values of the new generation of Chinese workers. 중국의 신세대들은 과거세대와는 다른 환경과 경험을 가지고 있으며, 경험에 의해 지각된 가치관의 차이로 인해 현장의 관리자들은 세대 차이를 경험하고 있다. 이러한 이유로 조직차원에서 세대별 다양한 목표와 가치를 가진 인재들에게 적합한 리더십과 인사관리 차원의 연구, 그리고 기성세대와 다른 현세대의 특성과 역량을 활용하기 위한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중국 내 여러 기업에 종사하는 바링허우와 지우링허우 세대를 대상으로 원론적 입장에서 직무만족을 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하면서 직업가치관과 이직의도의 관계를 살펴보고, 바링허우와 지우링허우의 특성 연구를 위하여 직무만족의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 SPSS를 활용하여 신뢰도와 타당도, 상관관계분석 및 가설 검증을 위한 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 가설검증의 결과로는 중국 신세대가 가진 지위 및 보수 가치관, 독립성 및 창의성 가치관 및 인간관계 가치관이 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 직업가치관과 이직의도에 관계에서 직무만족의 조절효과는 부분적으로 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 연구의 표본에 있어서 중국 동쪽과 북쪽 지역에 소재하는 근무하는 구성원들을 대상으로 하여 조사되었기 때문에, 본 연구결과를 일반화시키기 어렵다고 볼 수 있다. 향후 연구에서는 지역 및 표본을 확대하여 더욱 객관화 할 수 있는 연구가 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 또한 중국 신세대 종사원들의 직업가치관을 보다 정확히 밝히기 위해 설문조사를 비롯한 대면을 통한 보다 정밀한 인터뷰조사가 병행될 필요가 있다.
