개혁주의 성경적 상담의 목회적 적용

한국교회는 시대별로 다양한 목회형태를 경험하였다. 근래에 와서 관심을 모우는 것이 상담목회이다. 상담은 삶의 현장에서 고통당하는 성도들의 문제를 해결하도록 돕는 목회방안이며 따라서 목회자들의 필수 사역이다. 그러나 한국교회에 소개된 대부분의 상담은 심리학 위주이고, 목회자들은 신학에는 익숙하지만 심리학적 훈련을 받지 않았으므로 성도들의 문제를 심리상담사들과 정신과의사들에게 맡기고 있는 실정이다. 반대로 크리스천 상담자들은 심리학에는 익숙하지만 신학적 성경적 훈련을 받지 않았으므로 심리학에만 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 이렇게 상담학적 배경이 없는 목회자들과 신학적 배경이 없는 크리스천 상담자들로 인하여 실시되는 성경과는 거리가 먼 상담으로 인하여 여러 가지 혼란이 생기고 있고, 명칭은 기독교 상담 혹은 성경적 상담이라고 하지만 내용은 일반 심리 상담과 다를 바가 없는 현실이다. 그러므로 이러한 한국교회의 실정에서 목회자들이 개혁주의적 성경적 상담을 목회에 어떻게 적용하느냐가 중요한 과제이다. 이 과제를 풀어나가기 위해서 연구자는 본고에서 개혁주의 성경적 상담이 피상담자의 문제를 해결해 줄 뿐만 아니라 그들을 변화시켜 하나님 말씀대로 살고 하나님께 영광 돌려 드리는 삶을 살게 할 수 있으므로 상담은 목회자의 기본 사역이라는 것을 밝히려고 한다. 따라서 본연구의 목적은 첫째, 개혁주의 신학의 핵심적인 특성인 하나님 중심의 신학, 성경중심의 신학, 교회 중심의 신학을 규명하고, 둘째, 상담목회를 위해서 개혁주의 성경적 상담의 특성은 무엇인지 밝히며, 셋째 성경적 상담을 목회현장에서 어떻게 적용할 수 있는가에 대하여 논하려고 한다. The Korean church has experienced diverse ministry formats throughout its history. Counseling ministry is the most recent focus of interest because it seeks to resolve and aid the believers in their daily struggles. Counseling, therefore, is a critical and crucial mission for the practitioners of pastoral ministry. Unfortunately, many of the pastors, despite their theological training, lack counseling training and psychology-based counseling has become most familiar to the Korean church. As a result, the congregants` problems are left to the care of psychotherapists and psychiatrists. On the other hand, many Christian counselors are familiar with psychology but lack theological or biblical training, there by solely relying on psychological principles for counseling. Between the pastors lacking counseling training and counselors lacking theological training, the socalled “Christian counseling” or “Biblical counseling” as practiced today is not different from secular psychotherapy. The most critical task for the Korean church, therefore, is how the practitioners of pastoral ministry adopt and adapt the biblical counseling to the everyday ministry. This article argues that the pastoral counseling is a fundamental ministry for the pastors as the reformed biblical counseling not only resolves the problems of the believers but it also transforms them to lead a life based on God`s words and for the glory of God. Therefore, the purpose of this study is three fold: First, it identifies the core values of reformed theology as God-centered theology and Bible-centered theology; Second, it states the characteristics of reformed biblical counseling for pastoral ministry; and Third, it explores ways in which biblical counseling can be applied in the daily ministry setting.

연구논문 : 다문화 가정에 대한 기독교 상담학적 접근에 관한 연구

한국땅에 거주하고 있는 외국인 근로자들은 10년사이에 40만명을 넘어섰다. 한국에 있는 다문화인들로는 외국인 이주노동자, 국제결혼이민자, 새터민을 들 수가 있는데 취업과 결혼을 목적으로 이주해 오는 경우가 많다. 또 한 다문화인들이 한국에서 뿌리를 내려 정착하게 되면서 자신의 본국에 있는 가정을 초청하거나 한국사람과 국제결혼을 통해 가정을 형성하여 다문화 자녀를 낳게 되어 다문화 가정을 이루게 되는 일이 많아지게 되었다. 다문화가정은 폐쇄적인 한국사회에서 많은 부당한 대우와 차별, 주변인들의 냉대, 사회문화적인 적응의 어려움, 언어소통의 문제, 가족내의 갈등, 이중문화의 갈등, 경제적인 어려움, 사회문화적인 적응문제, 자녀양육 문제를 가지고 있다. 하나님은 이러한 다문화인들에 대해 성경에서 언급하듯이, 우리에게 맡겨진 이방족속이면서 하나님의 또다른 영혼구원의 대상자로 보시고 있다. 예수님이 사마리아여인에게 구원의 길을 안내한 것처럼 우리도 다문화인들에 대한 하나님의 계획을 발견하여 한국에서 살아가는 동안 다문화인들과 다문화가정이 지니고 있는 여러 문제에 대한 개별적인 상담이 필요하며, 하나님의 자녀로서의 축복을 받도록 권면하는 것이 중요하다. 그래서 다문화가정을 대상으로 문제해결을 위한 기독교 상담학적인 접근이 필요한데, 이러한 다문화가정이 갖고 있는 어려움 속에서 다문화 가정을 향한 하나님의 원대한 복음사역과 하나님의 계획을 발견하도록 하여야 한다. 따라서, 문제해결을 적극적으로 돕기 위해 기독교적 상담을 통한 삶과 전반적인부분을 다음과 같이 도와 주어야 한다. 첫 번째는 신뢰를 형성하는 것이다. 다문화상담의 관점에서 개인의 호소문제와 그 문제의 핵심을 진단하여야 한다. 두 번째는 그들의 입장에 따라먼저 소망을 주어야 한다. 세 번째는 다문화가정들의 다양한 문제를 이해해야 한다. 네 번째는 그들의 배경 및 자원들에 대한 자료를 수집하여야 한다. 다섯 번째는 수집된 다양한 자료를 해석해야 한다. 여섯 번째는 권면하여 자신의 죄된 모습인, 옛습관에서 돌아서게 안내해야 하며, 하나님께로 인도해야 한다. 일곱 번째로, 그들의 삶이 전반적으로 변화하게 하여야 하며, 여덟번째로는 하나님이 주신 축복대로 열매 맺게 하여야 한다. 다문화의 배경 속에 있는 피상담자가 상담을 통해 하나님을 만나게 되거나 자신의 문제를 새롭게 지각하는 영적인 눈을 갖게 된다면 자신의 문제나 자신의 현재 모습이 새롭게 보이며 앞으로의 다가오는 문제들에 대해서도 다른 대안을 모색할 수 있게 된다. 또한 성령께서는 다문화인들 속에 임재하셔서 그들이 먼 이국땅에서 오게 된, 하나님의 깊은 계획과 다문화 가정을 이루게 된 것이 축복임을 알게 회복을 주실 것이다. 더나아가 자신과 같은 외국인들에게 가서 제자를 세우며 하나님의 나라의 지평을 넓히는 사역에 동참하게 되며 복음을 전파하는 전도자로서 새로운 국면에 도전하고 감사하며 살게 될 것이다. The foreign workers have been over four hundred thousands for the past 10 years. The multicultural persons in South Korea are foreign guest workers, international marriage migrants, and new settlers. But most of them are the ones who have the purpose of getting a job and married. It has been increasing in number that the multicultural persons have a family in South Korea. Once they settle in South Korea or get married to Korean, they invite their own family in their country. That`s how the multicultural families have been increasing. In the closed korean culture, the multicultural families have been unfairly treated, discriminated against, and treated in a cold way by the people around them. And they are also having trouble sociocultural adjusting, understanding korean. And there are conflicts among the family members, double cultural conflicts, financial problem, and problem of raising children. The bible shows that God is thinking them as the pagans given to us and as the ones who are destined to receive salvation as well. We need to discover the God`s will towards the multicultural persons. As Jesus himself showed the samaritan woman the road to salvation, we need to counsel them indivisualy with lots of different problems that the multicultural persons and families have while living in South Korea. It`s essential that they consult of the different problems which the multicultural persons and families have living in South Korea. And through it they may be able to discover the God`s will. And it`s important that we encourage them to receive God`s blessing as the child of God. Therefore it is essential to approach the christian counseling to solve the problems concerning the multicultural family. So we have to help the multicultural families discover the God`s great ministry of the gospel and the God`s will towards them. And so you have to help them with the following things so that we can help them solve their problems actively. The first one is for them to have faith in you. You must be able to diagnose the problem that they appeal and the core of the problem. The second one is that you must give them hope according to their situations. The third one is that you must understand the different problems that the multicultural families have. The forth one is that we must collect data concerning backgrounds and materials. The fifth one is that you must interpret the different kinds of data which have been collected. The sixth one is that you must guide them to turn around from their sinful figures and their old selves to be led by God. The seventh one is to help their lives to be changed at large. The eighth one is to help them bear fruits according to blessing given by God. If a client with the background of the multicultural case meets God through counsling, he will have the spiritual eyes to recognize his problem in a new way. If then he is able to see his own problems and who he is, he can seek for answers to problems to come. And also the Holy Spirit will come and restore him. And God will allow him to be restored to realize that what he happens to come from a distant land and has a multicultural family is the God`s will and blessing as well. Moreover he will go to another foreigner and raise up deciples, take part in ministry to broaden the horizon of the Kingdom of God, and challenge the situation as an evangelist preaching the gospel. And he will live being thankful for all of them.
