By successful establishment of Supply Chain Management System they should make the supply chains speedy and combine production information system with the outcome system and thus they reinforce the competition of the production system of local enterprises in accordance with the rapid decision making. Supply chain coordination improves if all supplier of chain take actions that together increase total supply chain profits. To design of Modularity by the grouping supplier, the proposed method is to develop the most appropriate production system models through the reflection of JIT system in the Supply Chain Management which is necessity of the times and its importance. The objects of this study is to develop the most appropriate production system Model and optimal profit model in the process line and to provide the enterprises with the models which are based on the Supply Chain Management.

Electrochemical Promotion of Pt Catalyst for The Oxidation of Carbon Monoxide

Electrochemical promotion of the reaction rate was investigated for CO oxidation in a solid electrolyte catalytic reactor where a thin film of Pt was deposited on the yttria stabilized zirconia as an electrode as well as a catalyst. It was shown under open circuit condition that potential was a mixed potential of $O_2$exchange reaction and electrochemical reaction induced by CO. The effect of electrochemical modification on the CO oxidation rate was studied at various overpotentials and $P_{CO}$$P_{O2}$.

크로스도킹이란 창고나 물류센터에 하역된 물품이 저장됨이 없이 도착지별로 재분류되어서 직출하되는 물류 시스템이다. 크로스도킹은 물류비용의 큰 비중을 차지하는 보관비용을 감소시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 고객의 요구에 빠른 대응을 할 수 있다는 장점을 지니고 있다. 크로스도킹이 성공적으로 수행되기 위해서는 창고나 물류센터의 입고에서부터 출고까지의 모든 작업들이 계획적이고 원활하게 수행되어져야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 임시보관 장소를 보유하지 않은 크로스도킹 시스템의 총 운영시간을 최소화하기 위한 입고 트럭과 출고 트럭의 일정계획 수립을 위한 수학적 모델을 개발하였다.

Evaluating Green IT Initiatives Using the Sustainability Balanced Scorecard

Performance evaluation has been done using financial indices which are generally regarded as inappropriate for the organizations which are innovative and progressive. Thus, the Balanced Scorecard(BSC) was developed considering long term performance and invisible performance. This BSC has four perspectives of finance, customer, internal operation, and learning. Based on the BSC, a new BSC has been derived with a fifth view of environmental and social perspective, which is now called as a Sustainability BSC. In this study, we evaluated Green IT initiatives using the Sustainability BSC. The initiatives are categorized as RFID, telepresence, paperless office, logistics management etc. The initiatives were evaluated from the view of five perspectives, resulting in high cor relationships among finance, internal operation, and environmental and social perspectives. Namely, good initiatives from the view of environmental/social perspective are also evaluated as good from the view of finance and internal operation perspectives. In this study, we recommend organizations to introduce Green IT initiatives by showing how Green IT initiatives have contributed to the organizations.
