        HPLC를 사용한 쌀 중 잔류농약 동시분석법

        A simple and sensitive analytical method based on RP-HPLC with UV detector(225 nm) and mobile phases using 0.1% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile was developed for simultaneous determination of quinclorac, bentazone, 2,4-D, bensulfuron-methyl, dymuron, capropamide, pencycuron, ethofenprox. This method was resulted in recovery of 78~ 96% with RSD 3.3~7.5%. LODs 0.12~0.84 and LOQs 0.34~1.20 ㎎/L. Calibration curves were linear with r of 0.9995~ 0.9999.

The Anti-cancer Effect of Oriental Medicine Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang in the Mouse with Metastatic Lung Cancer. Proceedings of International Symposium on East-West Medicine, Seoul. 231-243, 1999.-The oriental medicine Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang is an herbal medicine which has been used for pulmonary diseases and known as having immune stimulatory effects. It has been known effective in lung cancer. So we studied the effects and the mechanisms of this herbal medicine it the mouse with metastatic lung cancer. The metastatic lung cancer of the mouse was produced with melnoma cell line(B16BL/6).5×10□/mouse tumor cells were injected intravenously to the CDF1 mouse via tail vein. The mice were divided 4 groups. The first group was treated with 50mg/kg extract of Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang per oral for 10 days after cancer cell injection, second group treated with saline after cancer cell injection, the third group with medicine without cancer cell, and the last group with saline only. After 10 days treatments some of the mice were scarificed and the lung and spleen was removed. The survival duration, weight change, the number of metastatic cancer nodule of the lung, the NK cell activity, the capacity of cytokines(INF-γ,INF-α,IL-2) production and the proliferation activities of mouse lymphocytes were measured. The surival times of the group 1 mice were longer and the weight loss was less than the group 2 significantly. The number of the metastatic nodule of the lung were decresed in the group 1 than the group 2. The production of INF-γ,was increase in group 2 than group 3 and 4, IL-2 production was increased in group 1 than group 2,3,4 significantly. There was no difference in TNF- α production and proliferation activity of lymphocyte in each group. The NK cell activity was significantly increased in group 1 than group 2,3,4. We conclude that the Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang has the effect of increasing the NK cell activity of the CDF1 mouse with metastatic lung cancer(B16BL/6). And it is suggested that the increased production of the IL-2 is the mechanisms of enhanced NK cell activity.

      • 경주지역의 옛마을 지명과 연관된 식물의 실태조사 연구

        Our ancestors lived in this land, keeping faith with nature. And our culture is greatly related to the natural environment of our country. But today, old geographical names which have their own history are disappearing in this land because of unbanization and industrialization. Accordingly, it is very meaningful to study the ways of living, the geographical features, the use of trees, and the types of natural landscape object revealed in the orings of the old geographical names, and to exploit the result of this study is as follows: 1. Old geographical names are discovered more in the suburbs of Kyongju City than in the heart of this city. Especially, Yangbuk-meon area in the outskirts of Kyongju City has many old geographical names originating from its natural landscape objects. 2. Of the 557 old geographical names, 100 ones(18%) derived from the trees, the woods, and the plants in the areas concerned. 3. Some old geographical names derived from plants such as Pinus densiflora S. et Z., Prunus armeniaca var. ansu Max., Zizyphus jujuba var. inermis Rehder, Castanea crenata s. et Z, Lespedeza bicolor Turcz, Phyllostachys bambusoides S. et Z, Diospyros kaki Thunb, Celtis sinensis Pers, Paulownia coreana, Actinidia arguta Planch, Sophra japonica L, Quercus acutissima Carruthers, Rhus verniciflua Stokes Marsh, Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai, Ailanthus altissima Swingle, Cydonia sinensis Thouin, Broussonetia Kazinoki Siebold, Prunus armeniaca var. ansu Max

      • 경주의 역사문화도시 이미지 제고를 위한 문화공간·시설의 조성방안에 관한 연구

        The study aims to offer some proposals. for improvement in the image of Kyongju City, as the amcient Kingdom Silla's Capital and as one of the most gistorical and cultural cities in Korea. This study puts stress on the reformation of the city into a most cultural space. Some proposals can be made as follows: 1. To utilize the Kyongju Cultural Center(former Kyongju National Museum)as a folk museum. 2. To reconstruct the historical site of the commercial business district as a cultural space. 3. To revitalize the culture and arts streets of the city. 4. To build a complex culture and arts center for the city. 5. To set the urban street spaces in good condition. 6. To utilize the urban rivers as cultural spaces. 7. To set the open spaces of the city in good condition. 8. To build a new unigied city hall. 9. To hold culture and ares festivats successfully. 10. To ask for help from the Korean government. When these proposals have been put to practice, kyongju City will be born again as the most historical and cultural city in which the past, the present and the future will coexist, and people can feel the breath of the past of the most brilliant Silla Kingdom.

      • 중추에서 Prostaglandin계가 Renin-angiotensin System에 미치는 영향

        Role of prostaglandins on the renin-angiotensin system in the central nervous system was examined in normotensive and 2-kidney, 1 clip (2K1C) hypertensive rats. The experiment was done under thiopental (50 ㎎/㎏, IP) anesthesia. Captopril and indomethacin were injected into the right lateral cerebral ventricle. Arterial blood pressure and heart rate were recorded from the femoral artery. Intracerebroventricular (ICV) captopril (1 ㎎) caused a decrease in mean arterial pressure in both normotensive and 2K1C hypertensive rats. The depressor response to captopril was more sensitive in hyper-tensive rats than in normotensive rats. Indomethacin treatment (ICV, 200 ㎎) altered the depressor response to captopril neither in normotensive nor in hypertensive rats. These results suggest that the cardiovascular effect of renin-angiotensin system in the central nervous system may not be mediated via prostaglandin systems in normotensive and 2KlC hypertensive rats.

      • 경주보문관광단지 조경대상물의 이용후 평가에 관한 연구

        As Kyongju is one of world-famous tourist cities that have cultural remains appoted by UNESCO, its redevelopment is inevitable in accordance with the tourists' rapid demand. First of all, which a view to offering the fundamental data for that project, it is urgent to evaluate landscape objects tourist's having used them. After evaluating landscape architectural objects of Bomoon Tourism site, this study shows the improvementplan about the evaluation result as below. First, most space must be prepared more comfortably than before in order to strengthen some merits as tourism site. Second, a tall tree or a symbol of Bomoon site must be established to fortify the character of land mark in the node of line of flow. Third, street trees must be uniform to give the symbolism of Bomoon site as beautiful native sorts of trees. Fourth, the establishment of landscape architectural objects must be considered if those objects can function fully as well as harmonize with the desirable image of Bomoon site. Fifth, a promenades must be constructed so as to be safe for even the handicapped. Sixth, the ever security of water resource for Bomoon lake must be master planned to create the lake side alive. The result of this study is to contribute to the fundamental data which can help effective redevelopment as well as practical management of Bomoon tourism site.

      • 이온교환을 이용한 인공폐수중 질산이온 제거

        Removal of nitrates in artificial groundwater was studied experimentally in batch and continuous column reactors. The ion exchange resins used in these experiments were Macro-type Amberlite IRA-900, Gel-type Dowex1X8-50 and SA10-AP with Cl-form functional group. Equilibrium data obtained from batch experiment were fitted by Freundlich, Langmuir and Sips equations. Sips equation was showed better fit with on data than Freundlich and Langmuir equations. Effects of pH and resin size on the nitrate removal were studied. As the pH value increased, nitrate removal efficiency of each resin was increased. It was observed that the removal rate of nitrate was highly enhanced as the size of resin decreased. In addition, effective diffusion coefficients of nitrate were calculated for each resin particle in batch system. For the water containing both sulfate and nitrate, the removal efficiencies of nitrate were determined by the sulfate/nitrate ratio as equivalence basis. Effects of various operation condition, such as feed concentration, pore type and flow rate were also discussed.

        This paper aims to survey and analyse the cases of 117 ElementaryㆍMiddleㆍHigh Schools of a School Trees and Flowers situation in Phohang. The result of the study are as follows; 1. Species of a School Trees are 11 and Flowers are 16 of total Schools in Phohang. 2. Juniperus chines were designated more freqently than others were, concerned with the quantity, and Pinus dens flora, Ginkgo biloba, Cedrus deodara, Zelkoua serrata, Pinus thunbergii, Platanus occidentalis, Chionanthus retusa, Euonymus japonica, Abies holophylla, Taxes cuspidata are followed in order. 3. Rosa hybrid were designated more freqently than others were, concerned with the quantity, and Forsythia koreana, Lilium longiflorum, Prunus mume, Lagerstroemi indica, Camellia spp., Rhododendron schlippenbachii, Rhododendron lateritium, Chrysanthemum morifolium, Syringa vulgaris, Punica granatwn, Lilium longiflorum, Chrysanthemum zawadskii, Narcissus tazetta, Pyrus pyrifolia, Chionanthus retusa are followed in order. 4. Native Species are 17 with 63.0%, Alien Species are 10 with 37.0%. Native Species are planted more than Alien Species are.

      • 경주지역의 옛지명 유래(由來)에 나타나는 자연경관대상물 유형(類型)에 관한 연구

And the result of this study is as follows : 1. 26 natural landscape objects and 800 old geographical names are discovered at 55 areas or villages of Kyongju area. And 557 old geographical names derived from the natural landscape objects in the areas concerned. 2. Old geographical names are discovered more in the suburbs of Kyongju City than in the heart of this city. Especially, Oedong-eup area in the outskirts of Kyongju City has many old geographical names originating from its natural landscape objects. 3. Old geographical names derived from the location, the geographical features, the trees, the plants, the buildings, the rivers, the valleys, the ponds, the temples and the rocks in the areas concerned, in the order of frequency. 4. Of the 557 old geographical names, 103 ones(18%) derived from the trees, the woods, and the plants in the areas concerned. 5. Some old geographical names derived from plants such as Pinus densiflora S. et Z., Prunus armeniaca var. ansu Max., zizyphus jujuba var. inermis Rehder, Castanea crenata S. et Z, Lespedeza bicolor Turcz, Phyllostachys bambusoides S. et Z, Diospyros kaki Thunb, Celtis sinensis Pers, Paulownia coreana, Actinidia arguta Planch, Sophra japonica L, Quercus acutissima Carruthers, Rhus verniciflua Stokes Marsh, Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai, Ailanthus altissima Swingle, Cydonia sinensis Thouin, Broussonetia Kazinoki Siebold, Prunus armeniaca var ansu Max

        전두부 거상술과 동시에 시행한 미용성형수술 치험례

        The forehead lift with other cosmetic procedures was done in the case of the six patients for 18 months; four were female and two were male patients. We observed an excellent results in the four patients and good results in the two patients after following-up for 24 months. And we found the following of our procedures. 1. possible OPD based operation under local anesthesia-save money and time 2. can perform with blepharoplasty. 3. can perform with rhinoplasty without other incision. 4. reduce the lid redundancy. 5. natural elevation of eyebrow. 6. raise drooping nose.
