        "不+能+沒(有)+Vp1+就+Vp2"構式硏究

        본 연구는 “不+能+沒(有)+Vp1+就+Vp2”구조를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본문에서는 발화(혹은 문장)에서 정태가 명제의 외부를 감싸고 있음을 가정하고, 명제부분과 정태부분과의 관계에 주목하고 또한 사건“沒Vp1”(혹은“Vp1”) 와 “Vp2”의 관계를 분석하였다. 정태(Modality)는 본질적으로 문맥구속(Context Bounded)적인 범주이므로 그 의미의 파악은 문맥을 파악하므로 그 정확한 쓰임을 알 수 있는바, 본문은 대화참여자의 변화와 시간참조점 (Temporal Deixis)의 변화가 정태동사“能”의 의미현상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 당 어법구조는 이중부정 구조이며, 그 의미는 긍정이고, 부정사“不”의 부정범위는 전체 명제에 미치고, 부정의 초점은 정태부분이다. 沒의 부정의 범위는 “Vp1”으로 제한된다. 본문은 또한 “沒(有)Vp1” 와 “Vp2”의 관계를 논증하면서 두 사건은 의미상 연관된 사건이며 시간적으로는 연속적이라는 특성이 있음을 밝혔고, 본 구조의 주어는 일반적으로 [+生命]의 특징을 지니고 사건 “沒(有)Vp1” 와 “Vp2”는 일반적으로 동일한 주어를 가짐을 보였다.

        Synergistic Effect of Bone Marrow-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells and Platelet-Rich Plasma in Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rats

        Background: Diabetic wounds are a major clinical challenge, because minor skin wounds can lead to chronic, unhealed ulcers and ultimately result in infection, gangrene, or even amputation. Studies on bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) and a series of growth factors have revealed their many benefits for wound healing and regeneration. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) may improve the environment for BMSC development and differentiation. However, whether combined use of BMSCs and PRP may be more effective for accelerating diabetic ulcer healing remains unclear. Objective: We investigated the efficacy of BMSCs and PRP for the repair of refractory wound healing in a diabetic rat model. Methods: Forty-eight rats with diabetes mellitus induced by streptozotocin were divided into four groups: treatment with BMSCs plus PRP, BMSCs alone, PRP alone, phosphate buffered saline. The rate of wound closure was quantified. A histopathological study was conducted regarding wound depth and the skin edge at 7, 14, and 28 days after surgery. Results: Wound healing rates were significantly higher in the BMSC plus PRP group than in the other groups. The immunohistochemistry results showed that the expression of platelet/endothelial cell adhesion molecule 1, proliferating cell nuclear antigen, and transforming growth factor-β1 increased significantly in the BMSC plus PRP group compared to the other treatment groups. On day 7, CD68 expression increased significantly in the wounds of the BMSC plus PRP group, but decreased markedly at day 14 compared to the controls.         Optimization for Cooling System of Batteries Having Porous Material Using Design of Experiments

        A hybrid power composed of fuel cell and batteries has become the reasonable strategy for hybrid electric vehicles. On the contrary,the produced heat by batteries can affect the total performance of hybrid electric vehicles significantly. In this paper, analysis methodsand optimization strategy were constructed for obtaining the high performance cooling system for batteries having porous material. At first, a numerical method for obtaining the temperature distribution of battery pack including porous material was developed byusing CFD technique. In the following step, the cooling systems for batteries with porous material or not were compared for showingthe merit of the cooling system for batteries having porous material. Ultimately, an optimization strategy based on D-optimal DOEmethod was obtained through a real optimal design process. There was 13.3% reduction on the view of the root mean squaretemperature between batteries compared with the original cooling system for batteries as shown in the optimization result. Theconstructed analysis method and optimization strategy can be used to improve the performance of the cooling system for batteries,and these works have made the theoretical basis for simulation and optimization of the cooling system for batteries.

        동적 디지털 라이센스 관리를 위한 확장된 XrML 모델

        인터넷의 급속한 발전과 함께 지식 정보화 사회로 접어들면서 디지털 컨텐츠 분야가 급성장하게 되었다. 그라나 기존 컨텐츠를 보호하고 관리하기 위한 라이센스 관리 기법인 XrML로 발급된 라이센스는 동적으로 수정, 확장, 이전이 불가능하다. 이 논문에서는 기존의 XrML이 지원하지 못하는 디지털 라이센스의 수정, 확장, 이전을 할 수 있는 확장된 XrML 모델을 제안한다. 이로써 디지털 라이센스에 대한 사용자, 제작자 및 분배자의 요구를 반영함으로써 점점 더 다양해지고 증가하는 디지털 라이센스를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있으며 기존 라이센스에 대한 재사용이 가능해 진다. As digital contents circulation environment goes on-line by fast development of the latest Internet, contents demand is growing rapidly. However, XrML hard to change dynamically and has controversial point that hard to reflect user's request maximum after create license and issues to user. in this paper study of active digital license administration model who can reflect user request dynamically and support reusability of license XrML eXrML model who design extension design and suggested. Expect that this presents efficient administration plan in administration study of license base as well as study for digital contents administration.

        다중 CMS 상호운영을 위한 통합메타데이터기반의 DRM기법

        정보화시대에 진입하면서 디지털 콘텐츠 활용기술이 사회 각 분야에서 각광을 받고 있으며 이와 더불어 효율적인 콘텐츠 관리와 콘텐츠 저작권보호를 위한 관련 기술연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 기존 저작권보호를 위한 DRM기술은 단일 CMS 도메인을 기반으로 개발되고 콘텐츠 클로벌 활용이 제한되어 정보의 교류와 공유를 효율적으로 지원하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 이 논문에서는 CMS간 콘텐츠 상호운영이 가능한 계층적 통합 메타데이터를 기반으로 콘텐츠 저작권보호를 위한 DRM모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 동종 및 이종 CMS간 콘텐트들이 상호유통이 가능하고 또한 유통과정에서 발생되는 저작권문제를 해결하였다 With the coming of information times, digital contents are widely applied in various fields of the society. Along with this, scholars provided many techniques and research approaches related to digital contents management and copyright protection. But till now, most proposed techniques and approaches are based on single system. The independency and separation among management systems causes the problems such as application across systems are limited, and resources sharing can't be available, etc. In this paper, for the application cross systems and contents sharing, we propose the cross-systems DRM approach based on unified metadata. This approach can be applied for the incorporation of multiple congeneric or heterogeneous CMSs, in the same time, solve the copyright problem cross digital content systems.

        Lithium Content of Some Teas and Their Infusions Consumed in China

        Interest into the benefits of lithium (Li) hasraised the issue that there are few data available onamounts of Li contained in different types of teas. Liconcentrations of 30 teas and their infusions consumed inChina were determined by inductively coupled plasmamass spectroscopy (ICP-MS). The highest Li content wasfound in Luobuma (Apocynum venetum) tea (>11 ppm). Licontents of other types of teas ranged from 0.02 to 0.6ppm. According to our data and calculations, a dailyconsumption of 10 g Luobuma tea can give >85 μg Liintake. This is more than 85% of the minimum humanadult Li requirement. However, other types of teas (10 g/day) can only provide <3% of the minimum Li requirement.

        Effect of Sub-Structure and Precipitation Behavior on Mechanical Properties of Al–xCu–Li Alloys

        The tensile properties and microstructure of extruded and cold rolled 2A55 Al–Li alloys with different Cu content werestudied. After solution treatment, the strength of extruded sheets is slightly higher than that of cold rolled sheets due to strongdeformation texture and high density of substructure. However, the strength change order is different with the increase of Cucontent with T6-24 h. The extruded sample with higher Cu content have higher strength due to many dense T1precipitates. The δ′/θ′/δ′ composite precipitates and θ′ precipitates suppress the formation of T1precipitates, which cause cold rolled samplewith higher Cu content shows lower strength. Additionally, many fine T1precipitates nucleate at the sub-grain boundariesformed in the extrusion process, which have a significant effect on the mechanical property.

        A Genetic Linkage Map Construction for Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.)

        Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.) is one of the oldest oilseed crops with high seed oil quality. The first sesame genetic linkage map based on F2 segregating population of an intraspecific cross between two cultivars was constructed. Using three types of PCR-based markers, 284 polymorphic loci including 10 EST-SSR marker, 30 AFLP marker and 244 RSAMPL marker, respectively, had been screened. Subsequently, a total of 220 molecular markers were mapped in 30 linkage groups covering a genetic length of 936.72 cM, and the average distance between markers was 4.93 cM. In this map, the linkage groups contained from 2 to 33 loci each and ranged in distance from 6.44 cM to 74.52 cM. Based on map information, sesame genome length was estimated to be approximately 1,232.53 cM, and genome coverage of this map was about 76.0%. As a starting point of sesame genome study, the genetic linkage map will be hopeful to tag traits of breeding interest and further aid in the sesame molecular breeding. Furthermore, RSAMPL marker had been also appreciated in this paper, for its first usage in genetic map construction and higher utilization potential in some crop species lacking much genome information.
