경력 체육 교사의 내용 교수 지식(PCK) 형성 과정 탐색

이 연구는 수업 실제에서 내용 교수 지식(Pedagogical Content Knowledge)이 어떻게 구현되는지, 이러한 내용 교수 지식이 어떻게 형성되는 지를 분석하고 이해하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2명의 중학교 교사의 수업을 관찰 및 녹화한 전사본과 반구조화, 구조화된 사전 사후 면담자료를 중심으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 분석 코드에 따라 내용 교수 지식 구성 요소 별로 분류하여 수업 에피소드에 따라 설명하였다. 자료의 진실성은 구성원 간 검토, 동료 간 협의, 삼각 검증법에 의해 확인하였다. 수업의 실제에서 구현된 각 교사의 내용 교수 지식을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 두 체육교사의 수업을 분석한 결과 수업은 개인이 가진 6가지의 지식이 모두 융합되면서 각기 다른 모습으로 구현됨을 알 수 있었고 그 중 개인이 중점을 두는 수업의 주제와 내용에 따라 수업의 모습도 재구성됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 내용에 따라 체육교사가 중요하게 생각하는 내용 교수 지식 구성요소의 비중은 다르게 나타났다. 2명의 교사에 대한 내용 교수 지식 형성과정을 분석한 결과 교사의 내용 교수 지식에 영향을 미친 요소는 교사가 되기까지의 경험과 연수, 대학원 진학, 연구팀 활동, 대학의 교육내용, 교수 실제 경험, 동료교사 등으로 나타났으며 이렇게 형성된 지식을 바탕으로 수업 목표에 맞게 수업을 구성하고 전략을 만들어가고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 체육 교사 전문성 향상과 체육 교육의 질 향상을 위해 무엇보다도 예비 및 현직의 교사들은 스스로 자신의 내용 교수 지식 형성 및 발전을 위해 끊임없이 노력해야 하며, 다양한 기관 및 분야에서 교사의 내용 교수 지식 형성을 위한 프로그램을 개발하여 구성하는 노력이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to examine the application and development of the pedagogical content knowledge of teachers in instructional practice. The subjects in this study were two middle school teachers. Data were gathered by observing and videotaping their classes, transcribing the videotapes, and conducting structured and semi-structured pre and post-interviews. The collected data were classified according to the selected analysis codes and the components of pedagogical content knowledge, and they were categorized into different episodes. The authenticity of the data was verified by the members, having a discussion with colleagues and utilizing triangulation. The results indicated that the teachers constructed their classes using all six types of knowledges. However the classes were expressed in different ways based on topics and contents that the individual teachers considered important.

As the educational response to social requirement for social integration, alternative educational movement of ‘Inclusive Physical Education’ is being attempted in the school physical education area. For the groundwork for field application of inclusive physical education which pursues the conquest of discriminate attitudes between students, and realization of education for students, this study aims to develop the content system, and achievement standard of inclusive physical education. To this end, this study analyzed the national level curriculum and its related literature materials, and conducted experts meetings three times targeting 8 experts in the relevant field. As a result, this study managed to develop the human character, goals, content system and achievement standard of inclusive physical education. As regards the content system, this study drew three sorts of content elements, respectively in four sorts of areas covering obesity, sex, disability, and culture, and developed the achievement standard consequent on each content element. Such a study result will be an indicator that makes it possible to consistently maintain the identity of the inclusive physical education curriculum, and will be theoretical, practical standards of field application to inclusive physical education.

대학 교양체육 교육과정 설계 방향에 대한 교수자의 인식 분석

Recently, there are many voices to face the serious crisis of physical education as liberal education (PELE) and to reform PELE in order to meet educational needs from Korean universities. However, lack of active efforts are made to change and reconstruct curriculum of PELE in most of Korean universities and academic communities in Physical Education. To date, some studies in PELE have conducted to analyze the realities of PELE and students" perception toward PELE in some universities, whereas little study is done to investigate educators" perception toward PELE in Korea. To accomplish curriculum reform in PELE, it needs to explore the perception and needs of educators (professors and instructors) as well as students in PELE. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze educators" perception about curriculum design for physical education as liberal education in higher education. For doing this, total 340 educators from national and private universities in Korea are selected using a convenient sampling method. The findings have showed that most of educators have dissatisfied the given coureses, thought the role of PELE as bridge of school physical education and sports for all and health management, and needed to extend enough environment and to provide valid courses in PELE. In addition, they have suggested that PELE should develop basic competency and operate with required courses and educationally valid courses as liberal education in higher education. Especially, it needs to establish the philosophy and educational roles of PELE and to reconstrucet PELE curriculum based on efficient communication among universities personnels.
