The Information Industry Ecological Security is a combination of security and dynamic development. This paper analyzes the evolution mechanism of Information Industry Ecological Security from the perspective of evolution driving force, evolution process and so on using the theories and methods of Ecology and Synergetics systematically, and take China’s Information Industry Ecological Security as an example of empirical research, then provided a range of effective policy suggestions for relevant Chinese government departments to control and guide China's Information Industry Ecological Security.
Theoretical Overview of Method Research on Informatization Promoting Enterprise Competitiveness

The existing and competitive environment of enterprises faces severe challenges in the process of global economic integration, and how the enterprises win the competitive advantages in the market to achieve sustainable development has become the focus of attention. With the rapid development of internet, information construction and application have gradually become important means to win the competitive advantages for enterprises. This thesis summarizes the method research status of enterprise informatization promoting competitiveness conducted by domestic and foreign scholars through analysis from the perspective of driving force (namely, external environment, internal resource & capabilities and internal & external integration) of enterprise competitiveness, which is useful to the construction of enterprise informatization and the promotion of the competitive advantages and provides theoretical basis and policy suggestions for further study of enterprises informatization construction and competitive advantage.

Collaborative innovation is an important strategy choice of China nowadays, and also of the national universities. Using SOA architecture and cloud computing, we build an integration and optimizing allocation cloud platform of high quality teaching resources for universities-led collaborative innovation to meet the resource requirements of universities based on the analysis of basic concept, types, core process, and evolution characteristics of university-led collaborative innovation following the inherent laws of university-led collaborative innovation, and then analyze the construction concept, logical architecture and main functions of the platform,. Finally, we provide a series of suggestions to the relevant universities and government departments to effectively promote the smooth implementation of the university-led collaborative innovation activities and the integration and optimizing allocation cloud platform of high quality teaching resources for university-led collaborative innovation.
Information Industry Security : An Ecological Point of View

There is great similarity between the information industry security and ecosystem of information industry. Therefore, using the theory and methods of ecology and system science, we studied the issue of information industry security in detail based on the theory of ecosystem from the level of individual, cluster, and so on, and take China’s information industry security as an example of empirical research, then provided a range of effective policy suggestions for relevant Chinese government departments to control and guide China's information industry security.
Public Cloud Platform of Education Governance Based on Internet +

The whole operation mode and management way of education system is undergoing tremendous changes, and the education management informatization has become a necessary condition for the transition from ‘education management’ to ‘education governance’. In this paper, based on Internet +, using the theories and methods of computer science and other related disciplines, we explore the new concept of education governance based on Internet +, and then we analyze the top-level design idea and design principles of the public cloud platform of education governance, mainly focus on the overall architecture, core modules and big data application architecture of the public cloud platform of education governance. Finally we provide a series of effective recommendations for the implementation of the public cloud platform of education governance.

Internet public opinion response assessment is a very important part of the internet public opinion. This assessment can summarize the works of public opinion response processing, and identify the strengths and weaknesses in response process to provide the basis for the future response processing. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the internet public opinion response work, we proposed a fuzzy comprehensive assessment scheme of internet public opinion based AHP and entropy method and verified the effectiveness of the scheme through the case study. This method not only can reduce subjectivity in the evaluation process and make the assessment more reasonable and accurate. , but also can provide a reference for improving the internet public opinion response works of government.
