Application of UHF RFID is proposed for the identification of vehicle, and the relevant tag is designed to specifically meet the ISO 18000-6 standard for read and write range at 912㎒ operational frequency. RFID tag is attached on the vehicle's front glass, and experiments are carried out to evaluate the RF characteristics of Tag/Reader communication, in that we verify if it is proving to be both practical and reliable in real-world environments.
마찰교반용접한 이종간 알루미늄합금의 미세조직과 인장특성

Friction stir welding process was conducted on 5 ㎜ thick dissimilar aluminum alloys Al 2024-T3 and Al 7075-T6. And the microstructure, Vickers hardness and tensile properties were tested. 4 zones were observed through the micro structure: base material, heat affected zone, thermal mechanically affected zone and weld zone. Static strengths in such joints typically exceed 80% of the parent of the parent strength of the weaker alloy. In this study, the results showed that the yield strength and tensile strength have exceed 92% and 88%, and the weakest part of the welded material has exceed 88% of the weaker material Al 2024-T3, while the weld zone is 12% higher than the weaker material Al 2024-T3.
사용자 상호작용에 광고를 적용한 게이미피케이션 콘텐츠 설계

본 논문은 게임 내 광고의 사용자 접근 방식을 연구하였다. 게임 내 사용자 조작 영역은 효과적인 광고 전달 영역이다. 이를 검증하기 위하여 선행 연구를 통하여 게임 내 사용자 상호작용에 광고가 적용된 이론을 도출 하였다. 이후 도출된 이론을 바탕으로 게이미피케이션 콘텐츠 설계 및 제작을 진행하였다. 게임 콘텐츠는 대조군인 온라인 배너 형식의 노출형 광고와 비교군인 상호작용형 광고로 제작하였다. 이를 바탕으로 전문가 포커스테스트 진행하여 게임 상호작용에 적용한 게이미피케이션 광고 설계의 검증을 진행하였다. 사용자 상호작용 광고 게이미피케이션 설계의 가설의 타당성은 평균 이상의 척도로 인정되었다. 그러나 제작 검증은 평균 이하의 부족으로 판명되었다. In this paper, we investigated the approach of advertisement to game users. The interaction area in the game was considered to be an effective advertising delivery area. In order to verify this, theoretical research was applied to the theory of advertising in game interaction. Then, based on the theory, we designed and produced the contents of the Gamification contents. The game was produced by being classified as exposed advertisement and interactive advertisement. Based on these two, professional focus test was conducted. As a result, we have verified the design of a Gamification advertisement applied to game interaction. The validity of the theory of Interactive Advertising Design was acknowledged. However, production verification proved to be below average.
압축잔류응력이 차량용 스프링강(SUP-9)의 파괴인성에 미치는 영향

Recently, many components used in machinery industry demand lightness and high strength. The shot-peening method is used in order to improve fatigue life of spring steel(SUP-9) which is used in suspension of automobile. The compressive residual is induced in shot-peening process. This paper investigated the effect of the compressive residual stress on the fracture toughness. The test of Fracture toughness had been conducted at room temperature, high temperature(100℃, 200℃) and low temperature(-60℃, -100℃) from SUP-9 Steel was process by shot-peening. so we survey fractography of SUP-9 Steel by SEM.

At present, welding technology is not only emphasized in the development of manufacturing technology but also application is expanding. In these systems, application of SUS as high-temperature material which is used for special purposes is attempted, and improvement of manufacturing technologies bear watching together with increase of using rate. Specifically, Wings with surface of three-dimensional shape usually applied to Fastener with purpose of light weight. However, due to development of welding technology, methods of existing assembly tend to be replaced by welding, recently. Specifically, if laser welding techniques is applied, it minimizes heat-affected zone than other welding techniques. However, 'in the case of these special welding, residual stress is raised, and it fatally affects fatigue life. In order to remove residual stress and delay effect of fatigue life, shot-peening is executed; it executes shot-peening and verifies delayed effects of fatigue life. The intention of this study is to obtain the optimal conditions of shot-peening.
포면경화 유무에 따른 알루미늄합금의 피로수명에 관한 연구

Anti-fatigue failure technology takes an important the part of current industries. Currently, the shot peening is used for removing the defect from the surface of steel and improving the fatigue strength on surface. Therefore, in this paper, the effect of compressive residual stress of aluminum alloys (Al7075-T6) by shot peening on fatigue characteristics in stress ratio was investigated with considering fracture mechanics. There is difference between shot peening specimen and un-peening specimen. Fatigue life shows more improvement in the shot peening material than in the un-peening material. In this study, shot peening and un-peening materials were used to investigate the fatigue characteristics using fatigue tester (MTS 810, 10 ton<SUB>f</SUB>). Also, after examining the fatigue life, in order to investigate the quality of fatigue fracture surface, observation of the aspect of fracture surface was conducted by using SEM.
