<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>It has been reported that MLN4924 can inhibit cell growth and metastasis in various kinds of cancer. We have reported that MLN4924 is able to inhibit angiogenesis through the induction of cell apoptosis both in vitro and in vivo models. Moreover, Neddylation inhibition using MLN4924 triggered the accumulation of pro-apoptotic protein NOXA in Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). However, the mechanism of MLN4924-induced NOXA up-regulation has not been addressed in HUVECs yet. In this study, we investigated how MLN4924 induced NOXA expression and cellular apoptosis in HUVECs treated with MLN4924 at indicated concentrations. MLN4924-induced apoptosis was evaluated by Annexin V-FITC/PI analysis and expression of genes associated with apoptosis was assessed by Quantitative RT-PCR and western blotting. As a result, MLN4924 triggered NOXA-dependent apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner in HUVECs. Mechanistically, inactivation of Neddylation pathway caused up-regulation of activating transcription factor 4 (ATF-4), a substrate of Cullin-Ring E3 ubiquitin ligases (CRL). NOXA was subsequently transactivated by ATF-4 and further induced apoptosis. More importantly, knockdown of ATF-4 by siRNA significantly decreased NOXA expression and apoptotic induction in HUVECs. A note on the first order commutator $\mathcal{C}_2$

This paper gives a counterexample to show that the first order commutator $\mathcal {C}_2$ is not bounded from $H^{1}(\mathbb{R})\times H^{1}(\mathbb{R})$ into $L^{1/2}(\mathbb{R})$. Then we introduce the atomic definition of abstract weighted Hardy spaces $H_{ato,\omega}^{1}(\mathbb{R})$ and study its properties. At last, we prove that $\mathcal {C}_2$ maps $H_{ato,w}^{1}(\mathbb{R})\times H^{1}_{ato,w}(\mathbb{R})$ into $L^{1/2}_{\omega}(\mathbb{R})$.
The Efect of ADRC on Vehicle Braking Performance

The active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) was proposed as a control strategy for anti-lock braking system (ABS) to improve the braking performance. A real-time simulation model was developed after analyzing the brake force during vehicle braking and the ADRC principle. This experimental real-time simulation platform was developed based on xPC Target. This ABS study was conducted on a dry concrete pavement, and the braking performance indices were analyzed under the ADRC and the bang–bang control. The results suggest that the braking performance is more superior with ADRC than the bang–bang control because the braking time and braking distance were reduced. The xPC Target is a less-costly and practical method for real-time simulation.

Based on it, it proposed several new methods to evaluate the efficiency of cloud resource allocation and cloud providers’ business operation status through the way of case study.
Reconstruction of Wideband Radar Signal Based on Compressed Sensing

The matched filter is often used for the radar receiving terminal, but such application in wideband radar may cause complex system and high cost. The adoption of compressed sensing can not only remove the matched filter and the high-speed analog-digital converter, but also realize high-resolution radar imaging. In consideration of the sparseness of the radar target scene, a compressed sensing method used for chaotic radar is proposed in this article, wherein the chaotic frequency-modulated signal is generated by Bernoulli mapping and the randomness of such signal can be directly used for constructing the observation matrix. Meanwhile, the under-sampled echo signal can be used for radar scene reconstruction through the optimization technology. According to the simulation of stationary and non-stationary target radar scenes, compared with the matched filter processing technology, the proposed method has simple processing procedure and optimal performance, and the feasibility of this method is also verified by the simulation result.
Suppression of Neutral Point Potential Drift on DC Bus for Fault-Tolerant APF

The control performance of the APF is aff ected by neutral point potential drift of the DC bus when the APF runs in the fault-tolerant mode; thus, in this paper, a compensation method of neutral point voltage diff erence feed-forward control is proposed. After detecting fault in the APF via the current vector trajectory slope method and switching the APF to the faulttolerant state, the method regards the diff erence between the two split capacitor voltages of the DC bus as the feed-forward value, then combines it with the feed-forward coeffi cient that originates from the mathematical modeling of the fault-tolerant APF, and the resulting value is added to the fundamental active component of the current reference value to suppress the potential drift. The feasibility of this method is verifi ed via both simulation and experimentation. The results demonstrate that the fault-tolerant APF can eff ectively compensate the harmonics of the power grid; the THD was found to be reduced from 27.24% to less than 5%, which satisfi es the national standard under fault-tolerant circumstances, and the results conform to the theoretical analysis. This illustrates that the proposed method can guarantee the stable operation of the APF during fault-tolerant operation, and that the APF can eff ectively compensate harmonics with high reliability.
OFDM Channel Estimation Algorithms based on Discrete Fourier Transform

In allusion to such problem as unsatisfactory accuracy of the traditional laser communication LTE channel estimation algorithm, an LTE-OFDM multi-layer channel estimation algorithm based on least square 2D spread spectrum is proposed in this paper. Firstly, 2D spread spectrum estimation is adopted to design the weighted 2D spread spectrum estimation algorithm framework under multi-layer time-frequency domain LTE-OFDM resource model; secondly, in order to improve the accuracy of 2D spread spectrum estimation, the linear least square algorithm is adopted for weight parameter estimation and 2D spread spectrum power normalization; finally, through the comparison in the simulation calculation example, it is indicated that the proposed algorithm is superior to the standard 2D spread spectrum algorithm and the linear least square algorithm in the aspect of channel estimation effect.

In cloud computing environment, there are a large number of users which lead to huge amount of tasks to be processed by system. In order to make the system complete the service requests efficiently, how to schedule the tasks becomes the focus of cloud computing Research. A task scheduling algorithm based on PSO and ACO for cloud computing is presented in this paper. First, the algorithm uses particle swarm optimization algorithm to get the initial solution quickly, and then according to this scheduling result the initial pheromone distribution of ant colony algorithm is generated. Finally, the ant colony algorithm is used to get the optimal solution of task scheduling. The experiment simulated on CloudSim platform shows that the algorithm has good effect in real-time performance and optimization capability. It is an effective task scheduling algorithm.
