      • 인간의 이주와 문화적 교환

체덴담바 삼단(TSEDENDAMBA SAMDAN) 대구가톨릭대학교 다문화연구소 2016 다문화와 인간 Vol.5 No.1

Human migration is one of the global phenomena of modern globalized world. This phenomenon is a popular research subject for scientists from different backgrounds including demography, history, sociology, economics and other social sciences. Migration had an undeniable impact on collapse of civilizations and emergence of another ones, fall of empires and rise of nation states, demise and birth of various religions and religious ideologies in human history. It can been seen in Mongolian history as well. In 13th century, the process of annexing and unifying numerous countries of vast Eurasian continent by Mongol Empire, has left deep imprint on global economic and cultural exchange. The last 25 years spanning over two centuries have been a period of intense transformation in Mongolian society. This transformation has led to sharp increase in internal and external migration in Mongolia. The changes in the Mongolian culture can be seen in the changes of lifestyle and norms of life of Mongolians. Without a doubt the migration played significant role in the transformation of Mongolian society from a traditional society to a multicultural society. One of the signs of this transformation is the process of transforming to a multi-religious society. Being curious, being attracted to, and to imitating all things foreign are common occurrences when a closed society collapses. Mongolians showing interest in foreign religions and cultures is a clear example of this phenomenon. The non-traditional religions are attempting to gain a foothold in Mongolia following this interest. The migration was one of the driving forces behind the introduction of Christianity and non-traditional new religions.

Hierarchical Cluster Analysis Histogram Thresholding with Local Minima

Sengee, Nyamlkhagva,Radnaabazar, Chinzorig,Batsuuri, Suvdaa,Tsedendamba, Khurel-Ochir,Telue, Berekjan Korea Multimedia Society 2017 The journal of multimedia information system Vol.4 No.4

In this study, we propose a method which is based on "Image segmentation by histogram thresholding using hierarchical cluster analysis"/HCA/ and "A nonparametric approach for histogram segmentation"/NHS/. HCA method uses that all histogram bins are one cluster then it reduces cluster numbers by using distance metric. Because this method has too many clusters, it is more computation. In order to eliminate disadvantages of "HCA" method, we used "NHS" method. NHS method finds all local minima of histogram. To reduce cluster number, we use NHS method which is fast. In our approach, we combine those two methods to eliminate disadvantages of Arifin method. The proposed method is not only less computational than "HCA" method because combined method has few clusters but also it uses local minima of histogram which is computed by "NHS".
