In this paper, we focused on development of improvement technique and test method through research of fundamental and quantitative analysis method of cause of chattering(vibration) & noise in wiper blade durability performance. As a result, we found out that developed nonlinear friction characteristic curve of contact which is the index of blade chattering&noise when wiper is wiped, development of robust flat blade with low vibration performance by applying nonlinear friction curves, and identifying the mechanism of blade reversal noise to do derivation of controlling factor for minimizing reversal noise and coming up with good solutions. These results appliy to the wiper system of the vehicle being developed.
