In Urlogy edndoscopic surgery has been widely used for the prostate and the bladder surgery since Nitze described the combination of telescope and Edison's incandescent light bulb in 1887. Kelling in 1901 described a case report of inspection of the abdominal cavity in the dog using a cystoscope introduced through a small stab wound. The endoscpic equipments has developed along with the electronic instruments development. In 1976 Cortesi and associates initially reported the utility of laparoscopic exploration of locating intra-abdominal tesis, and other laparoscopic applications have been slow to be adopted in clinical urologic practice. Laparoscopy has an inadequacy in teaching methods, unknown long term outcomes and cost concerns have limited its adoption as a diagnostic and therapeutic tool by in the urologic community. Despite relatively low levels of utilization, laparoscopy is a powerful tool offered by several centers throughout the world to perform various ablative and reconstructive procedures on surgical pathology involving urinary tract. The advantages of less post operative pain, shorter convalescence, and minimal disfigurement are well-supported by clinical studies and sought out by many patients. In conclusion, Improved instrumentation and technique continue to spur the urolaparoscopic surgeon forward toward newer and more challenging endeavors. Laparoscopic application in urologic surgery will cover more than 80% of conventional urologic surgery.
메타과요오드산소다에 의한 알긴산소다의 MMA graft 중합

Graft copolymerization of methlymethacrylate(MMA) onto sodium alginate(SA) aqueous solution by sodium metaperiodate(NaIO₄) as an initiator was carried out with the variation of the reaction time, the reaction temperature and the concentrations of initiator and monomer. The results obtained were as follows; 1. SA was easily separated from the reaction mixture of homopolymer, graft polymer and sodium alginate ungrafted by the treatment of concentrated boiling Na₃PO₄ solution with the small amount of Na₂SO₃ to the mixture and then isolated as the acid form by acidifying the salts solution containing SA. 2. The amount of graft polymer was larger than that of homopolymer below 70℃ whereas above 70℃ the amount of homopolymer was larger. 3. The sum of each amount of graft polymer and homopolymer was always increased with increase of the reaction time, the reaction temperature and the concentrations of initiator and monomer. 4. With increase of the concentration of initiator, the graft efficiency was increased below 70℃ while decreased above 70℃. 5. Graft copolymerization of MMA onto SA in aqueous solution was carried out without initiator.
온라인 전시체험이 방문의도에 미치는 영향: 현존감과 지각된 가치 조절효과 중심으로

COVID-19 장기화로 인해 박물관·미술관은 운영에 제한이 많았으며 온라인 전시를 통한 소통을 시도하였고 예술과 기술이 결합한 온라인 전시는 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 이 연구는 온라인 전시체험에 있어 현존감과 지각된 가치, 그리고 방문의도의 관계를 규명하고 현존감과 지각된 가치가 어떠한 조절효과를 갖는지 검정하였다. 실증 분석을 위해 불특정 다수를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며 총 129부 유효 표본을 확보하였다. 주요 분석 방법은 통계패키지 SPSS 26.0 버전을 이용하여 요인분석, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석, 조절회귀분석을 진행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 전시체험은 현존감과 지각된 가치, 방문의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 현존감과 지각된 가치는 온라인 전시체험과 방문의도 영향관계에서 정(+)의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. Under quarantine policies related to the COVID-19, museums temporarily are closing and trying to communicating with consumers through Online exhibition. The combination of art and technology is providing companies with a new exhibition reality environment called a global online exhibition. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between online exhibition experience, presence, perceived value and Intention of Visit in exhibition. To accomplish the goal, A total of 129 surveys were collected. A total of 129 valid questionnaires were used for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability and correlation analysis using the statistical package of SPSS(26.0). The results of this study are as follows: First, online exhibition experience are shown to positive affect the Intention of Visit, presence and perceived value. Second, It has been shown that presence and perceived value has a positive moderating effect between online exhibition experience and Intention of Visit. Finally, theoretical and practical implications were discussed.
