Xiao-Wen LIU,Chan-Yong Jin,Soo-Tai Nam 한국정보통신학회 2016 2016 INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE Vol.8 No.1
Big data analysis refers the ability to store, manage and analyze collected data from an existing database management tool. In addition, extract value from large amounts of structured or unstructured data set and means the technology to analyze the results. Therefore, meta-analysis is sometimes expressed as an analysis of another analysis. A meta-analysis is a statistical literature synthesis method that provides the opportunity to view the research context by combining and analyzing the quantitative results of many empirical studies. This study will find meaningful mediator variables for criterion variables that affect between construct on the information systems success model studies, in the basis of the results of a meta-analysis. We reviewed a total of 14 studies related the information systems success model in Korea journals between 2005 and 2016, where a cause and effect relationship is established between variables that are specified in the conceptual model of this study. Thus, we present the theoretical and practical implications of these results.

Big data analysis, in the large amount of data stored as the data warehouse which it refers the process of discovering meaningful new correlations, patterns, trends and creating new values. In addition, extract value from structured and unstructured as the data set in big volume means the technology to analyze the results. Meta-analysis is a statistical integration method that delivers an opportunity to overview the entire result of integrating and analyzing many quantitative research results. We reviewed a total of 29 studies published on the topic related quality characteristics and antioxidant activities as extracts of Aronia in this study between 2000 and 2017 in Korea. Thus, we present the theoretical and practical implications of these results.
High Speed Abrasive Electrical Discharge Machining of Particulate Reinforced Metal Matrix Composites
Jiang-Wen Liu,Yong-Zhong Wu,Tai-Man Yue 한국정밀공학회 2015 International Journal of Precision Engineering and Vol. No.
A high speed abrasive electrical discharge machining (AEDM-HS) process has been developed to improve the performance and save the machining energy of the conventional EDM process in machining particulate reinforced metal matrix composites (MMCs). The AEDM-HS process functions under a combined action of spark erosion and direct mechanical grinding. A set of experiments was conducted and the results showed that the material removal rate (MRR) of AEDM-HS was much higher than that of EDM under the experimental conditions of this study. Moreover, the surface roughness value (Ra) measured for the AEDM-HS specimen was about six times smaller than that of the specimen machined without high speed abrasive action (i.e., EDM alone). The material removal mechanism of this novel process has been analyzed by means of single-pulse experimentation. And the relative importance of the various processing parameters on MRR was established using orthogonal analysis. The results showed that the MRR is influenced by the machining factors in the order of duty cycle > current > pulse duration. This study showed that the AEDM-HS process is superior to the EDM process for machining particulate reinforced MMCs, where a higher machining efficiency and a better surface quality can be obtained.

A 4Gb/s CMOS Multiplexer Circuit
Parng,Tai Ming,Liu,Wen Tai,Chu,Hung Chi 대한전자공학회 1997 ICVC : International Conference on VLSI and CAD Vol.5 No.1
Based on a special multiplexing technique and delay locked loop, a high-speed CMOS multiplexer circuit is proposed for increasing the output data bit rate of CMOS multiplexers. Its data bit rate can be several times higher than the maximum clock frequency (FQx} imposed by the intrinsic speed performance of CMOS circuits. A 4-to-1 multiplexer, implemented in a 0.8 ㎛ CMOS process technology, has been designed based on the proposed circuit scheme. Spice simulation results show that the circuit, running at F_(max) = 1 GHz, can achieve a maximum output data bit rate of 4 Gb/s.

Intelligent human-robot interface helps a mobile robot to extract external information and interact with a user. User identification information allows a robot to generate appropriate behaviors and make personalized human-robot interaction (PHRI) more natural and safe. Most of service robots move around in various application settings, and biometric features always change during relative movements. In this work, a fusion recognition system based on face and speaker classifiers is designed to achieve the user recognition in various environments. We propose a method to fuse face and speech recognition results based on the concept of confidence indices. Through the derived confidence indices, the system combines the two classifiers and gives improved recognition results. Experiments on a laboratory home service robot show that person recognition rates in 15 environmental situations all outperform those of using single modality.

Background: RhoGTPase-activating proteins (RhoGAPs) regulate RhoGTPases in cells, but whether individual reactive oxygen species (ROS) regulate RhoGAPs is unknown. Our previous published papers have shown that deleted in liver cancer 1 (DLC1) inhibits cancer cell migration by its RhoGAP activity. The present study was designed to explore the role of $H_2O_2$ in regulation of DLC1. Materials and Methods: We treated cells with $H_2O_2$ for 24h and phenotypic changes were analyzed by MTT, RT-PCR, Western blotting, immunofluorescence staining and wound healing assays. Results: $H_2O_2$ downregulated cyclin D1 and cyclin E to inhibit proliferation, and upregulated BAX to induce apoptosis in MCF-7 cells. Compared with non-tumorigenic cells, $H_2O_2$ increased expression of DLC1 and reduced activity of RhoA in cancer cells. Stress fiber production and migration were also suppressed by $H_2O_2$ in MDA-MB-231 cells. Conclusions: Our study suggests that $H_2O_2$ inhibits proliferation through modulation of cell cycle and apoptosis-related genes, and inhibits migration by decreasing stress fibers via DLC1/RhoA signaling.
