In this work, we present the notion of an $alpha-beta-psi$-G-proximal contraction in metric spaces endowed with graph. We investigate the existence and uniqueness of best proximity points for this modi ed contractive mapping. The results obtained extended and generalized some fixed and best proximity points results in literature. Examples are given to validate the main results.
Halpern's Iteration for Strongly Relatively Nonexpansive Mappings in Banach Spaces
Suantai, Suthep,Cholamjiak, Prasit Department of Mathematics 2014 Kyungpook mathematical journal Vol.54 No.3
We investigate strong convergence of Halpern's iteration for a countable family of strongly relatively nonexpansive mappings in the framework of uniformly convex and uniformly smooth Banach spaces. Our results extend those announced by many authors.
Matrix Transformations of Nakano Vector-valued Sequence Space
Suthep Suantai ...et al KYUNGPOOK UNIVERSITY 2000 Kyungpook mathematical journal Vol.40 No.1
In this paper, we give necessary and sufficient conditions for infinite matrices mapping Nakano vector-valued sequence space ℓ(X, p) into the sequence spaces E_(r)(r≥0) and we also give the matrix characterlizations from M_(o)(X, p) into the space E_(r) where p = (pк) is a bounded sequence of positive real numbers such that pк ≤1 for all k∈N.
Strong Convergence to Solutions of Generalized Mixed Equilibrium Problems with Applications
Cholamjiak, Prasit,Suantai, Suthep,Cho, Yeol Je Hindawi Limited 2012 Journal of applied mathematics (JAM) Vol.2012 No.-

We introduce a Halpern-type iteration for a generalized mixed equilibrium problem in uniformly smooth and uniformly convex Banach spaces. Strong convergence theorems are also established in this paper. As applications, we apply our main result to mixed equilibrium, generalized equilibrium, and mixed variational inequality problems in Banach spaces. Finally, examples and numerical results are also given.

In this paper, we introduce a new iterative scheme for finding a common element of the fixed points set of a countable family of uniformly Lipschitzian generalized asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive mappings and the solutions set of equilibrium problems. Some strong convergence theorems of the proposed iterative scheme are established by using the concept of W-mappings of a countable family of uniformly Lipschitzian generalized asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive mappings.
Perturbative Traveling-Wave Solution for a Flux-Limited Reaction-Diffusion Morphogenesis Equation
Waipot Ngamsaad,Suthep Suantai 한국물리학회 2020 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.76 No.4
In this study, we investigate a porous medium-type flux-limited reaction--diffusion equation that arises in morphogenesis modeling. This nonlinear partial differential equation is an extension of the generalized Fisher--Kolmogorov--Petrovsky--Piskunov (Fisher-KPP) equation in one-dimensional space. The approximate analytical traveling-wave solution is found by using a perturbation method. We show that the morphogen concentration propagates as a sharp wave front where the wave speed has a saturated value. The numerical solutions of this equation are also provided to compare them with the analytical predictions. Finally, we qualitatively compare our theoretical results with those obtained in experimental studies.
Some Geometric Properties of Cesaro Sequence Space
W. Sanhan,S. Suantai 경북대학교 자연과학대학 수학과 2003 Kyungpook mathematical journal Vol.43 No.2
In this paper we define a modular on the Cesaro sequence space ces(p) and consider it equipped with the Luxemburg norm. We give some relationships between the modular and the Luxemburg norm on this space and show that the space ces(p) has property (H) but it is not rotund (R), where p = ( pk) is a bounded sequence of positive real number with pk 1 for all k 2 N.
Common fixed point theorems in non-Archimedean fuzzy metric-like spaces with applications
Zhao, Haiqing,Lu, Yanxia,Sridarat, Phikul,Suantai, Suthep,Cho, Yeol Je International Scientific Research Publications MY 2017 The journal of nonlinear science and applications Vol.10 No.7

In this paper, we introduce the new concept called a non-Archimedean fuzzy metric-like space and prove some common fixed point theorems in this space. Our results extend some corresponding ones in the literature. Also, we give some examples to illustrate the main results. Finally, as applications, we consider the existence problem of solutions of integral equations by our main results. (C) 2017 All rights reserved.
