프로젝트 품질 인증 제도와 기업의 문화에 따른 프로젝트 품질 향상에 관한 탐색적 연구

국내의 정보화 프로젝트 개발 소프트웨어가 대형화되고 복잡화됨에 따라 개발 업체의 소프트웨어 프로젝트 품질이 매우 중요해지고 있다. 프로젝트 품질 평가 심사 모형인 CMM 등으로 개발 사업자의 프로젝트 수행능력이 평가되고 있다. 따라서 개발 사업자들은 CMM 등급 인증획득 또는 등급을 올리기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 인증의 신뢰성에 대하여 논란이 되고 있는 시점에서 프로젝트 품질 인증의 제도가 프로젝트 품질에 차이를 나타내는지에 대한 연구와 CMM등급 인증과 기업 문화의 적합이 프로젝트 품질 성과에 차이를 나타내는지에 대하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, CMM인증 등급이 높고 기업문화의 개방성이 높은 조직이 프로젝트 품질 성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 프로젝트 품질 성과를 높이기 위해서는 CMM인증 등급도 중요하지만 품질을 위한 기업 문화의 개방성을 높여나가는 것이 매우 중요한 것으로 나타났다. Quality of software development project is very important In complex and large domestic soft ware markets. CMM level certification evaluates duality of software development project at present. Therefore, software development company endeavor for acquisition of CMM certification, level up CMM and organization's competitive power But, today confidentiality of CMM certification come into question, an exploratory study undertake about difference of software project quality and organization performance between CMM certificated organization and no-CMM certificated organization. Two organizations different partially. First of all, incremental improvement of software project process takes precedence of CMM certification. It is better to fit between culture of organization and CMM certification for project quality.

소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 통한 프로세스 수준과 성과 향상 방안

소프트웨어 프로세스는 개선되는 추세에 있으나, 그 범위나 접근방법이 제한적인 것이 현실이다. 따라서 소프트웨어 프로세스 기반구조를 구축하고 구축된 기반구조를 개선해 나가며 지속적으로 관리, 활용해야 한다. 그러한 기반 구조를 통하여 소프트웨어 프로세스 수행 능력 수준을 높임과 아울러 조직의 프로세스 품질 문화가 합치되어 더욱 소프트웨어 프로젝트 품질과 조직의 프로세스 성과에 향상을 미칠 수 있는지 연구되었다. 연구 결과, 소프트웨어 사업자들이 지금까지 구축된 기술 기반구조와 함께 소프트웨어 프로세스 관리 및 조직 기반구조를 구축하여 근본적인 소프트웨어 프로세스 기반구조를 갖추는 것이 무엇보다 중요하며, 소프트웨어 프로세스 기반구조의 수준을 높이며 지속적인 관리활동으로 이어져 진행될 때, 프로세스 수행 능력 수준이 향상되고 프로세스 수행 능력 수준 향상과 더불어 프로세스 품질 문화 수준과의 적합을 통하여 프로세스 수준과 성과가 향상되는 것으로 분석되었다. This paper studied the improvement of software process of the software firms. Software process infrastructure level of software process is very important. This study provided that software process infrastructure have an significant influence on the process level, process infrastructure management level, and software process performance. The result showed that software process high level is elevated through management activity of organization infrastructure and technical infrastructure. And organization performance is elevated through fit between process level and quality culture of software process. Problem factors of software process infrastructure improvement is lack of process improvement mind, leadership and investment. Therefore software firms must construct process improvement through supporting of process quality mind and investment with process infrastructure improvement.

프로세스 성숙도 인증 여부에 따른 프로젝트 품질 성과 및 조직 성과 차이에 관한 탐색적 연구 : CMM 인증 및 비인증 조직을 중심으로

최근 정보화 프로젝트 수행 능력에 대한 객관적인 검증이 필요하다는 판단에 따라 SI 업계에서는 프로젝트 품질 평가 심사 모형인 CMM 및 SPICE의 등급 인증 획득 또는 등급을 올리기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 공공기관, 민간 발주처들이 사업자의 프로젝트 수행능력에 대한 객관적인 검증을 요구하고 있고, 해외 IT 업체들의 국내 시장 공략에도 효율적으로 대처할 수 있다는 판단에 따라 프로젝트 품질 평가 심사 모형 인증 도입이 확산되고 있다. 그러나 인증의 신뢰성에 대하여 논란이 되고 있는 시점에서 등급을 인증받은 기관이 비 인증기관보다 품질 및 성과에 차이를 보이는지 연구하였다. 연구 결과 현저하게 큰 차이는 아니며 부분적으로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 국내업체들이 CMM 인증 자체에만 집착하지 말고 컨설팅을 통한 업무 프로세스 개선과정에 의미를 두고 인증에 힘을 기울여야 한다. 즉, 품질인증의 획득 목표가 인증서 획득만이 목표가 아니라 진정한 프로젝트 품질 시스템의 구축, 실현하는 품질 마인드가 우선적으로 제고되어야 말 것이다. Qualify of software development project is very important in complex and large domestic software market. Software development companies are eager to Bet some quality certification such as CMM certification. However, reliability and effectiveness of CMM certification tomes into question. This study explores the relationships between software project Quality (and some organizational performance) and organization's CMM certification. The result shows no strong relationships between project quality and CMM certification. This may imply that an incremental improvement of project process plays a more important role than certification process itself.

한국 인터넷윤리 문화의 문제점 진단과 대응책

우리나라는 높은 수준의 정보통신 인프라 환경 에서 다양한 용도로 광범위하게 인터넷을 활용 하고 있는 나라라고 분석된다. 이같은 환경에서 한국 정보통신 활용 문화의 강점은 국가의 정책적 측면과 인프라 구성, 민간의 사이버 문화 활용 행태 등으로 분류해 볼 수 있다. 그중에서도 기본 적인 강점은 무엇보다도 높은 수준의 초고속 인프라 환경에서 활발한 정보통신 활용 문화 창출 활동이 이루어지고 있다는 사실이다. 이점은 우리 나라의 정보화가 매우 빠른 속도로 발전되어온 환경에서 조성되었지만 문화적 측면에서 본다면 한국의 정보통신문화의 현상 조성의 커다란 하나의 배경으로 자리잡고 있다. 사이버공간에서의 정보통신 문화 활용 정책 모델 구조는 명칭, 목표, 추진순서, 분담 구도로 구성된다. 비전모델의 명칭을 예시하면 “디지털 코리아 컬쳐 뉴 프런티어” “글로벌 번영의 디지털 컬쳐 무브먼트”로 상징될 수 있다. 정보통신 문화 활용 정책 신 비전 모델의 목표는 정보통신 문화활용의 특정분야만이 아닌 관련되는 문화활동의 전체적인 순환구조 시스템 도입이다. 정보통신 문화 활용 정책의 과제 구성은 국가비전 영역, 국가정책 영역, 법체계 영역, 국제협력영역, 산업발전 영역, 소비자, 국민참여 프로그램으로 구성된다.

IT기반 융합형 창조산업 육성 전략 모델

IT기반 융합형 창조산업 육성을 위해서는 창조산업 선진국 사례를 벤치마킹 하여 한국형 모델을 개발하는 과정이 필요하다. 창조산업 육성 목표는 특정분야 아닌 전체 순환구조시스템, 도입, 창조적인 정책 파이프라인 기반 확립, 창조산업 기반 구축 등을 제시할 수 있다. 비전모델의 개발영역은 국가비전 영역, 국가정책 영역, 법체계 영역, 국제협력 영역, 산업발전 영역, 소비자, 국민참여 프로그램으로 구성된다. 한국을 대표할 지식 창출형 창조산업 장르와 브랜드를 발굴한다. 이 모델은 디지털콘텐츠 산업, 문화예술 산업, 엔터테인먼트 산업 융합모델이 되어야 한다. 산업간 융합에 의한 테마별 창조산업 사례를 적극 발굴하여 IT인프라를 바탕으로 아이템 발굴 측면에서 대표 브랜드화 한다.

The Outsourcing Industry has grown swift pace and evolved over time, and the Global IT Outsourcing market has shown signs of a steady growth. In the Korean company, however, IT Outsourcing is not active as that of the advanced countries and there is lack if literature to understand the characterristics of IT Outsourcing in the Korean company. This paper, therefore, analyze the outcomes surveying 65 compaanies in Korea to investigate how IT Outsourcing risk factors affects IT Outsourcing intention. Based on our literature reviews bassed on number of key articles, journals, and the focus group interviews, IT Outsourcing risk factors are proposed into four different domains: Transaction, Client, Vendor, Environment perspectives. It found that one factor(Vendor perspectives) is closely related to the IT Outsourcing intention of the Korean company. Finally, this paper analyzed the pros and cons of IT Outrcing offers a guide to the risk factors.

기업의 IT 아웃소싱 수행의사에 영향을 미치는 위험요인 분석

This paper analyzes the outcomes surveying 79 firms in Korea to investigate how Information Tec hnology(IT) Outsourcing risk factors affects IT Outsourcing intention. Based on our literature reviews based on number of key articles, journals, and the focus group interviews, IT Outsourcing risk factor s are proposed into three different domains: Transaction, Client, Vendor perspectives. As the statistic al analysis, it found that the risk factors related on the client, vendor perspectives, is closely related to the IT Outsourcing intention of the Korean firms. So It will be desirable to prepare and resist the risk factors of clients of themselves and IT service vendor’s for the adopting and enlarging the IT o utsourcing implementation.

연관규칙과 가중 선호도를 이용한 추천시스템 연구

Recently, due to the advent of ubiquitous computing and the spread of intelligent portable device such as smart phone, iPad and PDA has been amplified, a variety of services and the amount of information has also increased fastly. It is becoming a part of our common life style that the demands for enjoying the wireless internet are increasing anytime or anyplace without any restriction of time and place. And also, the demands for e-commerce and many different items on e-commerce and interesting of associated items are increasing. Existing collaborative filtering (CF), explicit method, can not only reflect exact attributes of item, but also still has the problem of sparsity and scalability, though it has been practically used to improve these defects. In this paper, using a implicit method without onerous question and answer to the users, not used user's profile for rating to reduce customers' searching effort to find out the items with high purchasability, it is necessary for us to analyse the segmentation of customer and item based on customer data and purchase history data, which is able to reflect the attributes of the item in order to improve the accuracy of recommendation. We propose the method of recommendation system using association rule and weighted preference so as to consider many different items on e-commerce and to refect the profit/weight/importance of attributed of a item. To verify improved performance of proposing system, we make experiments with dataset collected in a cosmetic internet shopping mall.
