The green peach aphid, Myzus persicae Sülzer, is an important sap-sucking pest of many plants, including Chinese cabbage. The objective of this study was therefore (1) to determine the effects of sublethal concentrations of afidopyropen, sulfoxaflor, and spirotetramat on adult longevity and the fecundity of M. persicae, and (2) to study the feeding behavior of M. persicae on Chinese cabbage leaves treated with various concentrations of these three insecticides. Longevity and total fecundity of M. persicae adults were decreased at concentrations higher than LC30. Feeding behavior analyses using an electrical penetration graph showed that sublethal concentrations of afidopyropen, sulfoxaflor, and spirotetramat had significant effects on the duration of phloem ingestion.

Whitefly (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) pests, including the sweetpotato whitefly, Bemisia tabaci, and the greenhouse whitefly, Trialeurodes vaporariorum, are economically important in agriculture. With the annual growth of the domestic fresh fruit export market, various quarantine treatment methods are being used to export strawberries of better quality. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of ionizing radiations (electron beam, X-ray, gamma-ray) on the development and reproduction of two species of whitefly and to determine the optimal dose of three ionizing radiations for the construction of quarantine technology applicable to strawberry export.
Improved Stability of Interfacial Energy-Level Alignment in Inverted Planar Perovskite Solar Cells

<P>Even though poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) has been commonly used as a hole extraction layer (HEL) for p-i-n perovskite solar cells (PSCs), the cells’ photovoltaic performance deteriorates because of the low and unstable work functions (WFs) of PEDOT:PSS versus those of a perovskite layer. To overcome this drawback, we synthesized a copolymer (P(SS-<I>co</I>-TFPMA)) ionomer consisting of PSS and tetrafluoropropylmethacrylate (TFPMA) as an alternative to conventional PEDOT:PSS. The PEDOT:P(SS-<I>co</I>-TFPMA) copolymer solution and its film exhibited excellent homogeneity and high phase stability compared with a physical mixture of TFPMA with PEDOT:PSS solution. During spin coating, a self-organized conducting PEDOT:P(SS-<I>co</I>-TFPMA) HEL evolved and the topmost PEDOT:P(SS-<I>co</I>-TFPMA) film showed a hydrophobic surface with a higher WF compared to that of the pristine PEDOT:PSS film because of its chemically bonded electron-withdrawing fluorinated functional groups. Interestingly, the WF of the conventional PEDOT:PSS film dramatically deteriorated after being coated with a perovskite layer, whereas the PEDOT:P(SS-<I>co</I>-TFPMA) film represented a relatively small influence. Because of the superior energy-level alignment between the HEL and a perovskite layer even after the contact, the open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, and fill factor of the inverted planar p-i-n PSCs (IP-PSCs) with PEDOT:P(SS-<I>co</I>-TFPMA) were improved from 0.92 to 0.98 V, 18.96 to 19.66 mA/cm<SUP>2</SUP>, and 78.96 to 82.43%, respectively, resulting in a 15% improvement in the power conversion efficiency vs that of IP-PSCs with conventional PEDOT:PSS. Moreover, the IP-PSCs with PEDOT:P(SS-<I>co</I>-TFPMA) layer showed not only improved photovoltaic performance but also enhanced device stability due to hydrophobic surface of PEDOT:P(SS-<I>co</I>-TFPMA) film.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

<P>A fullerene-based reactive molecule (C60RM) was newly synthesized. Its chemical structure and phase behaviour were investigated using spectroscopic, scattering and microscopic techniques. Furthermore, the striped C60RM pattern was successfully fabricated in an elastically anisotropic cholesteric liquid crystal (CLC).</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>Striped fullerene patterns were successfully fabricated in an elastically anisotropic cholesteric LC medium. 디지털 데이터 분석을 통한 온라인 시험 부정행위 탐지 및 제어 시스템

최근 코로나19 사태로 인해 학교와 기업 등 다양한 기관에서 온라인 시험에 대한 수요가 높아지고 있다. 하지만 온라인 시험의 특성상, 부정행위에 대한 문제가 끊이지 않고 있다. 온라인 시험 부정행위를 방지하고 탐지하기 위한 다양한 노력들이 시도 되었으나, 감독자가 직접 응시자를 감시할 수 있는 오프라인 시험에 비해 제약 사항들이 너무 많아 현실적으로 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 응시자의 컴퓨터에서 수집한 다양한 시스템, 시청각적 데이터를 활용하여 부정행위를 탐지하는 시스템을 제안한다. 분석하는 시스템 데이터로는 키보드/마우스 입력 데이터, 프로세스 실행 데이터, 디바이스 연결 데이터, 공인 IP 주소 정보가 있으며, 시청각적 데이터로는 아이트래킹 데이터, 신원 확인 데이터, 오디오 데이터가 있다. 탐지된 다양한 데이터는 부정행위 탐지 알고리즘을 통해 부정행위 여부를 결정한 뒤, 부정행위 여부 결과는 감독자에게 웹페이지 형태로 제공된다. 이를 통해 감독자는 온라인 시험 상황에서 부정행위를 보다 효율적이고 정확하게 탐지 및 제어할 수 있다. Because of the recent Covid-19 pandemic, the demand for online tests has been increasing at various institutions, including schools and companies. However because of the characteristics of the online testing, the problem of cheating continues. Various efforts have been made to prevent and detect online test cheating, but it is difficult because there are too many restrictions compared to offline tests where supervisors can directly monitor students. In this paper, we propose an online test cheating detection system that utilizes various systems and audio-visual data that collected from the applicant"s computer. System data to be analyzed include keyboard/mouse input data, process execution data, device connection data, and public IP address information, while audio-visual data include eye tracking data, identity verification data, and audio data. Various detected data is determined whether to cheat through a cheating detection algorithm, and the result of whether to cheat is provided to the supervisor in a web page. Through this, supervisors can efficiently and accurately detect and control cheating in online test situations.
