The Impact of Social Network Privacy Protection on Data Release
Shuo Zhang,Suk-Jae Park 아시아무역학회 2016 Journal of Asia Trade and Business Vol.3 No.1
This paper is to give a summary about the protection of data privacy in our social network currently. To start with, we mostly give an outline of the research background and the study of social network privacy protection status at home and abroad , in the same time, to explain in detail about few of the social network privacy protection methods, and by the comparative analysis of the different privacy protection methods, we can get the ultimate impact on the release of the data. Secondly, by means of the relating Questionnaire survey to understand real needs of social network users’ privacy protection, with the aim of not only explore the perspectives that can satisfy the privacy protection, but also realize the utility of data policy protection. Finally, we provide a future direction of our deeper research.
Development of monocular video deflectometer based on inclination sensors
Shuo Wang,Shuiqiang Zhang,Xiaodong Li,Yu Zou,Dongsheng Zhang 국제구조공학회 2019 Smart Structures and Systems, An International Jou Vol.24 No.5
The video deflectometer based on digital image correlation is a non-contacting optical measurement method which has become a useful tool for characterization of the vertical deflections of large structures. In this study, a novel imaging model has been established which considers the variations of pitch angles in the full image. The new model allows deflection measurement at a wide working distance with high accuracy. A monocular video deflectometer has been accordingly developed with an inclination sensor, which facilitates dynamic determination of the orientations and rotation of the optical axis of the camera. This layout has advantages over the video deflectometers based on theodolites with respect to convenience. Experiments have been presented to show the accuracy of the new imaging model and the performance of the monocular video deflectometer in outdoor applications. Finally, this equipment has been applied to the measurement of the vertical deflection of Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge in real time at a distance of hundreds of meters. The results show good agreement with the embedded GPS outputs.

With the development of Internet technology, electronic commerce shows the vigorous vitality; along with the popularity of a mobile phone and network operator’s technology, electronic commerce began to develop online mode. According to the "2013 annual Chinese e-commerce market data monitoring report", until the December of 2013, trading in e-commerce market scale is 10.2 trillion yuan, grows 29.9% compared to the same period. The online retail market scale is 18851 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 42.8%. However, this data only accounted for 8.04% of the total retail sales of social consumer goods, while there are 91.96% lines which are waiting for developing. The biggest advantage of the O2O(online to offline) is it can be introduced the consumers to offline trading. The current O2O e-commerce in China is still in the initial stage of development, there are challenges and opportunities .If the network of electronic commerce and the entity shop retailers can seize the opportunity, and be acknowledged of what the consumers want and need, make full use of large data analysis, he will be successful. Firstly, this paper explains the purpose and significance of the topic, underlining the present internet background and the status of e-commerce in the Internet environment, analyzing the current situation O2O faces, besides, we give some analysis of the O2O mode and summarize the advantages of him. Secondly, through the analysis of 19e O2O, we find the problems in the process of its development. Then, through the example of 19e, we find the problem and deficiency in the development of Chinese O2O. Finally, we summarize it and give some expectations of the O2O’s development in the future.

Objective: To investigate the effects of secondary left-sided portal hypertension (LSPH) on the radical operation rate of patients with pancreatic cancer and systemically evaluate the prognosis of patients with LSPH secondary to pancreatic cancer after radical surgery. Materials and Methods: The data of patients with pancreatic cancer who underwent laparotomy over a 15-year period in Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of Chinese PLA Air Force General Hospital from Jan. 1, 1997, to Jun. 30, 2012 was retrospectively reviewed. Results: A total of 362 patients with pancreatic cancer after laparotomy were selected, including 73 with LSPH and 289 without LSPH. Thirty-five patients with LSPH (47.9%) and 147 without non-LSPH (50.9%) respectively underwent radical operations. No significant difference was found between these two groups regarding the total resection rate and stratified radical resection rate according to different pathological types and cancer locations. The mean and median survival time of patients after radical operation in LSPH group were $13.9{\pm}1.3$ months and 14.8 months, respectively, while those in non-LSPH group were $22.6{\pm}1.4$ months and 18.4 months, respectively(P<0.05). Conclusions: Radical operations for pancreatic cancer and secondary LSPH are safe and effective. Because high-grade malignancy and poor prognosis are closely associated, the decision for radical surgery should be made more meticulously for the patients with pancreatic cancer.
Clinical Significance of SH2B1 Adaptor Protein Expression in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Zhang, Hang,Duan, Chao-Jun,Chen, Wei,Wang, Shao-Qiang,Zhang, Sheng-Kang,Dong, Shuo,Cheng, Yuan-Da,Zhang, Chun-Fang Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2012 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.13 No.5
The SH2B1 adaptor protein is recruited to multiple ligand-activated receptor tyrosine kinases that play important role in the physiologic and pathologic features of many cancers. The purpose of this study was to assess SH2B1 expression and to explore its contribution to the non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: SH2B1 expression in 114 primary NSCLC tissue specimens was analyzed by immunohistochemistry and correlated with clinicopathological parameters and patients' outcome. Additionally, 15 paired NSCLC background tissues, 5 NSCLC cell lines and a normal HBE cell line were evaluated for SH2B1 expression by RT-PCR and immunoblotting, immunofluorescence being applied for the cell lines. Results: SH2B1 was found to be overexpressed in NSCLC tissues and NSCLC cell lines. More importantly, high SH2B1 expression was significantly associated with tumor grade, tumor size, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, and recurrence respectively. Survival analysis demonstrated that patients with high SH2B1 expression had both poorer disease-free survival and overall survival than other patients. Multivariate Cox regression analysis revealed that SH2B1 overexpression was an independent prognostic factor for patients with NSCLC. Conclusions: Our findings suggest that the SH2B1 protein may contribute to the malignant progression of NSCLC and could offer a novel prognostic indicator for patients with NSCLC.

This paper is concerned with the problem of adaptive neural tracking control for uncertain non-smooth nonlinear time-delay systems with a class of lower triangular form. Based on Filippov’s theory, the bounded stability and asymptotic stability are extended to the ones for the considered systems, which provides the theory foundation for the subsequent adaptive control design. In the light of Cellina approximate selection theorem and smooth approximation theorem for Lipschitz functions, the system under investigation is first transformed into an equivalent system model, based on which, two types of controllers are designed by using adaptive neural network (NN) algorithm. The first designed controller can guarantee the system output to track a target signal with bounded error. In order to achieve asymptotic tracking performance, the other type of controller with proportional-integral(PI) compensator is then proposed. It is also noted that by exploring a novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and designing proper controllers, the singularity problem frequently encountered in adaptive backstepping control methods developed for time-delay nonlinear systems with lower triangular form is avoided in our design approach. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of our proposed control schemes.
