      • The Media Literacy of Residents in Southwestern China During the COVID-19 Epidemic

        Objective To measure residents’ abilities to acquire, analyze and evaluate information on media in southwestern China and to explore its predictive factors. Methods The convenience sampling method was used. A web-based questionnaire survey was conducted among 774 residents during the Spring Festival in 2020. Results Young, highly educated, unmarried, high-income, and urban residents preferred to seek and acquire information about COVID-19 epidemic through new media channels. Elderly residents tended to obtain information through television. Residents with low educational background and rural residents were more dependent on community information media. To analyze residents’ abilities in the judgement of 15 statements about COVID-19, residents with a master’s degree or above (OR = 2.755, [95% CI 1.160-6.542]) had better media literacy in identifying false health information released on social networking. Rural residents (OR = 0.609, [95% CI 0.433-0.855]) had lower media literacy. The total score decreased by 2.6% for every one-year increase of age. Conclusion Residents’ abilities to acquire, analyze and evaluate information were affected by their demographic characteristics in southwestern China. The authorities and local communities should develop different approaches of information dissemination, with the help of traditional and new media. It is important to improve the level of residents' media literacy, in order to achieve better effect in information dissemination and reception.

      • 현지 자회사와 현지 기업 간의 기업문화 비교연구 - 중국소재 LG 자회사와 Haier 현지기업을 중심으로 -

        기업문화는 다양한 요인으로 구성되고, 이러한 구성요인들은 기업에 따라 차이가 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업문화의 구성요인를 제시하고, 각각의 구성요인들이 어떠한 차이를 보이는지를 중국과 한국의 대표 전자기업인 Haier과 LG을 대상으로 실증분석하여 검증하고자 하였다. 조직문화유형의 구성 요인은 선행연구에 근거하여 리더십스타일, 기업시스템유형, 전략유형으로 구분하여 검증하였고, 기업의 핵심 역량과 구조적 특징에 관한 요인을 정리하여 인재, 기업규정, 기업내윤리로 구분하여 검증하였다. 설문조사는 중국 현지에서 실시되었으며, 현지기업인 Haier과 해외진츨기업인 LG의 종업원을 대상으로 2010년 5월 4일부터 5월 10일까지 실시하여 LG 94부, Haier 101부, 총 195부를 표본으로 분석을 실시하였다. 기업에 따른 조직문화유형의 인지 정도를 검증하기 위하여 t-test를 실시하였다. 결과를 살펴보면 전반적으로 LG의 평균값이 높은 것으로 나타나, t값의 대부분이 음수로 제시되었다. 기업문화유형은 리더십스타일, 기업시스템유형, 전략유형의 설문문항들을 기업유형분류에 의해 재정의하여 선행연구와 비교하기 위하여 친화적, 진취적, 성과지향적, 보존지향적 유형으로 구분하였다. 또한 요인분석 결과를 점수화하여 3가지 요인즉 기업규정을 중시하는 기업문화, 인재를 중시하는 기업문화, 기업내윤리를 중시하는 기업문화의 두 집단간 차이가 있는지 t-test를 실시하였다. 검증결과 두 집단의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 상기와 같이 LG의 평균값이 높은 것으로 나타나 t값은 모두 음수로 나타났으며, 모두 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과에서 살펴보면 LG와 Haier의 기업문화특성에 대한 인지정도의 차이는 전반적으로 LG 가 높은 것으로 나타나 선행연구의 결과와 상이하게 타나났다. 이를 전반적으로 해석하면 선행연구와 본 연구모두 LG가 Haier보다 상대적으로 높은 응답치를 보이고 있으나, 그 차이가 본 연구에서 보다 두드러지게 나타난 것으로 사료된다. 이는 표본의 차이, 실제적으로 양 기업의 조직문화의 차이, 최근 급변하는 경영환경에 대응하기 위하여 기업들은 성과를 중요시하고 있으며, 성과를 중요시하는 기업문화는 지속적으로 변화하게 되므로 이러한 차이에서 기인한 것으로 사료된다. With the rapid development of economic globalization, the original competition basic has changed to be information, knowledge and culture. The culture factor has been the vital factor. The competitive strategy of a company can be duplicated, and under the environment that information spread rapidly, technological advantage can also be easily pursued, while, a company's culture are hardly to be copied. "Corporate Culture" refers to the core values, behavior traditions, management modes, enterprise spirit, moral criterions etc., in a enterprise, which are formed in the longtime management process, and are identified by the whole managers and employees. There are close relations between enterprise management mode and its mother traditional culture. just for this reason, enterprise cultures in different countries represent difference. On the aspect of traditional culture, Korea and China are both in the culture circle which is affected much by the Confucianism, so there are many same characters between the two. At the same time, because of Korea and China experienced different management system, it also has some differences. The paper uses comparison example, compare and analyze the Corporate Culture model of the Korea's LG and the China's Haier. Giving prospects and proposals for the development of Korea and China enterprise. At last, the author points out that the two countries’ corporate culture should study each other. And for the development of both, these two points should be paid attention: absorbing essence of traditional culture and adjusting oneself with the change of time and environment.

      • 문화 교류 인식과 국가의 지도자 이미지가 국가브랜드에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 외래문화를 도입할 때 자국민들이 받아들일 수 있는 정도, 한중 간 분쟁해결에 대한 인식, 중국 문화콘텐츠 이용 정도, 중국 국가지도자인 시진핑에 대한 인식과 태도를 살펴보고, 이러한 변인들이 한국인들의 중국에 대한 태도와 방문의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 그에 따라 양국 간의 우호적인 관계 회복에 필요한 요소들을 제시하고자 한다. 연구를 위해 총8개의 독립변인을 선택하여 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 독립변인으로는 다른 나라의 문화를 받아들이는 정도로서 문화유입 수용성과 국가 간의 분쟁문제해결에 대한 인식, 중국 콘텐츠 이용 정도를 선택하였다. 국가지도자 이미지 관련변인으로는 시진핑 공신력과 시진핑에 대한 태도를 활용하였으며, 추가적으로 기본적 인구통계학적 변인인 성별, 연령 등을 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 문화유입 수용성과 중국 콘텐츠 이용, 그리고 시진핑에 대한 태도가 중국 국가태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 연령, 분쟁문제해결 인식, 중국 콘텐츠 이용, 시진핑에 대한 태도가 중국 방문의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 결과적으로 연구 내에서 타국의 문화와 지도자 이미지에 대한 인식은 해당 국가에 대한 태도와 방문 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 본 연구는 국가브랜드를 형성하는 요소로 문화와 지도자의 역할을 제안함으로써 연구와 실무에 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. The study sought to explore the impact of Koreans' cultural awareness of China and Chinese national leader Xi Jinping's perception of China on attitudes and willingness to visit China. As a demographic variable, gender and age were used, and cultural inflow acceptance variables were utilized as a degree of acceptance of culture in other countries. In the event of trouble-fighting among countries, the perception of problem-solving was also chosen as one of the variables, and the level of use of Chinese content was prescribed in the amount and frequency of Korean people using Chinese cultural products. Finally, regarding the national leader's image, Xi Jinping's public confidence and attitude toward Xi Jinping were utilized. A total of eight independent variables have an impact on China's state attitude and willingness to visit China. Tests of hypotheses using hierarchical regression have shown that acceptance of culture, use of Chinese contents, and attitude toward Xi Jinping have positive effects on China's national attitude. As a result, the better the cultural perception of China and attitude toward Chinese leader Xi Jinping, the more positive China's attitude and willingness to visit the country is overall. It aims to provide implications for research and practice by proposing the role of culture and leader as elements that shape the national brand.

        Applicability research of round tube CHF mechanistic model in rod bundle channel

        In view of the complex geometric structure of the rod bundle channel and the limitation of the current CHF visualization experiment technology, it is very difficult to obtain the rod bundle CHF mechanism directly through the phenomenon of the rod bundle CHF visualization experiment. In order to obtain the applicable CHF mechanism assumption for rod bundle channel, firstly, five most representative DNB type round tube CHF mechanistic models are obtained with evaluation and screening. Then these original round tube CHF mechanistic models based on inlet conditions are converted to local conditions and coupled with subchannel analysis code ATHAS. Based on 5 × 5 full-length rod bundle CHF experimental data independently developed by Nuclear Power Institute of China (NPIC), the applicability research of each model for CHF prediction performance in rod bundle channel is carried out, and the commonness and difference of each model are comparatively studied. The CHF mechanism assumption of superheated liquid layer depletion that is most likely to be applicable for the rod bundle channel is selected and two directions that need to be improved are given. This study provides a reference for the development of CHF mechanistic model in rod bundle channel.

      • Analysis of Mammographic Breast Density in a Group of Screening Chinese Women and Breast Cancer Patients

        Background: A dense breast not only reduces the sensitivity of mammography but also is a moderate independent risk factor for breast cancer. The percentage of Western women with fat breast tissue is higher aged 40 years or older. To a certain extent, mammography as a first choice of screening imaging method for Western women of this group is reasonable. Hitherto, the frequency and age distribution of mammographic breast density patterns among Chinese women had not been characterized. The purpose of this study was to investigate the frequency and age distribution of mammographic breast density patterns among a group of Chinese screening women and breast cancer patients in order to provide useful information for age-specific guidelines for breast cancer screening in Chinese women. Methods: A retrospective review of a total of 3,394 screening women between August and December 2009 and 2,527 breast cancer patients between July 2011 and June 2012 was conducted. Descriptive analyses were used to examine the association between age and breast density. The significance of differences of breast density between the screening women and the breast cancer patients was examined using nonparametric tests. Results: There was a significant inverse relationship between age and breast density overall (r=-0.37, p< 0.01). Breast density of the breast cancer patients in the subgroups of 40-49 years old was greater compared with that of the screening women, the same in those aged 50-54 years and in those 55 years old or older, less than in the screening group. Conclusions: With regard to the Chinese women younger than 55 years old, the diagnostic efficiency of breast cancer screening imaging examinations may be potentially improved by combining screening mammography with ultrasound.

        The effects of paeoniflorin injection on soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid-1 (sTREM-1) levels in severe septic rats

        Paeoniflorin (PAE) is the most abundant compound in Xuebijing injection widely used to treat sepsis. We aimed to investigate effect of PAE on expression of soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 (sTREM-1) in a rat model of sepsis. Wistar rats were divided into Normal, Model, and PAE groups (n=20 each). Endotoxin was administrated at 5 mg/ml/kg in Model and PAE rats to establish rat sepsis model. 1 h after endotoxin administration, PAE was administrated at 4 ml/kg in PAE group once per day for 3 days. Routine blood tests and biochemical indexes were assessed, including aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB). The plasma sTREM-1 level was measured using quantitative ELISA. At the end of experiment, the small intestine, liver, kidney and lung were subjected to pathological examinations. A rat model of sepsis-induced multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) was established successfully with endotoxin administration (5 mg/ml/kg), evidenced by histo-pathological examinations, routine blood tests and biochemical indexes: platelet count decreased and white blood cell count increased (p<0.05), CK-MB and AST increased (p<0.05). PAE treatment significantly reduced the plasma levels of AST, CK-MB, and sTREM-1, compared to Model group (p<0.05). Meanwhile, sepsis-induced damages in the liver, lung, stomach and intestinal mucosa were also markedly ameliorated by PAE treatment. PAE demonstrated a significantly protective effect in a rat model of sepsis by decreasing plasma sTREM-1 level, reducing inflammation, preventing MODS and protecting organ functions.

        Influence of the camber trailing-edge wings on the motion performance of underwater gliders

        Wings are the main source of lift for Underwater Gliders (UGs) and play a decisive role in their motion performance. The wings of UGs are generally rectangular and symmetrical airfoils. In this study, a mini- UG with flexible camber trailing-edge wings was proposed and developed to investigate the influence of the trailing edge of the wings on the motion performance of UGs. Flexible deformation of the trailing edge was realized using a steer-by-wire actuator. The test results showed that the trailing edge of the wing could realize maximum upward/downward sloping angles of þ16/16. By combining computational fluid dynamics simulations and tank experiments, this study obtained the glide efficiency (in liftdrag ratio) and stable margins of a mini-UG with variable camber trailing-edge wings. The results showed that the angles of attack corresponding to the minimum lift-to-drag ratio were all negative in cases of downward sloping and positive in cases of upward sloping. Moreover, the suitable camber of the trailing edge, that is, downward-sloping trailing edge on descending glides and upward-sloping trailing edge on ascending glides, can not only greatly improve glide efficiency but also benefit flight stability. Tank experiments showed that the lift-to-drag ratio of the mini-UG with appropriate variable camber trailing-edge wings can be increased by at least 25% compared to those with a symmetrical airfoil.

      • Molecular Cloning and Bioinformatic Analysis of SPATA4 Gene

        Full-length cDNA sequences of four novel SPATA4 genes in chimpanzee, cow, chicken and ascidian were identified by bioinformatic analysis using mouse or human SPATA4 cDNA fragment as electronic probe. All these genes have 6 exons and have similar protein molecular weight and do not localize in sex chromosome. The mouse SPATA4 sequence is identified as significantly changed in cryptorchidism, which shares no significant homology with any known protein in swissprot databases except for the homologous genes in various vertebrates. Our searching results showed that all SPATA4 proteins have a putative conserved domain DUF1042. The percentages of putative SPATA4 protein sequence identity ranging from 30% to 99%. The high similarity was also found in 1 kb promoter regions of human, mouse and rat SPATA4 gene. The similarities of the sequences upstream of SPATA4 promoter also have a high proportion. The results of searching SymAtlas (http://symatlas.gnf.org/SymAtlas/) showed that human SPATA4 has a high expression in testis, especially in testis interstitial, leydig cell, seminiferous tubule and germ cell. Mouse SPATA4 was observed exclusively in adult mouse testis and almost no signal was detected in other tissues. The pI values of the protein are negative, ranging from 9.44 to 10.15. The subcellular location of the protein is usually in the nucleus. And the signal peptide possibilities for SPATA4 are always zero. Using the SNPs data in NCBI, we found 33 SNPs in human SPATA4 gene genomic DNA region, with the distribution of 29 SNPs in the introns. CpG island searching gives the data about CpG island, which shows that the regions of the CpG island have a high similarity with each other, though the length of the CpG island is different from each other.This research is a fundamental work in the fields of the bioinformational analysis, and also put forward a new way for the bioinformatic analysis of other genes.

      • Cloning and Expression Analysis of Gonadogenesis-associated Gene SPATA4 from Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

        Gonadogenesis is a complicated process which involves multi-gene interactions. A rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) gene spermatogenesis associated 4 (SPATA4) was cloned and characterized from adult rainbow trout testis. The cDNA sequence of rainbow trout SPATA4 contains an open reading frame of 1, 081 nucleatides encoding a putative protein of 259 amino acids. The putative protein from rainbow trout shares a 76.8% homology with zebrafish SPATA4. No trans-membrane regions or signal peptide were detected using bioinformatics methods. Subcellular localization analysis revealed that rainbow trout SPATA4 was a nuclear protein with highest possibility (39.1%). Multi-tissue reverse transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR) was performed to examine the distribution of rainbow trout SPATA4 in eleven organs of adult rainbow trout. The result demonstrated that this gene express specifically in testis and slight amount of expression was detected in ovary. Further analysis of SPATA4 characterization and function in rainbow trout may provide insight into the understanding of gonadogenesis process.

        Annealing Dependence of Solution-Processed Ultra-Thin ZrOx Films for Gate Dielectric Applications.

        <P>Ultra-thin ZrOx thin films on Si substrates were prepared by sol-gel technique and processed with different methods (baked on hot plate at 150 °C, annealed at 500 °C in furnace, and photo-annealed under UV light). The decomposition of the organic groups and the formation of Zr-O bonding in the ZrOx thin films were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It is found that the ZrOx thin film annealed under UV light shows decent characteristics, including an ultra-small surface roughness, a low leakage current density of 10(-9) A/cm2 at 1 MV/cm, a large breakdown electric field of 9.5 MV/cm, and a large areal capacitance of 775 nF/cm2.</P>
