Increasing attention is being recently devoted to various problems inherent in the topological design of destributed telecommunication networks. In the distributed telecommunication networking, the topological structure of these networks is based on a single central office (exchanger), a number of multiplexing centers, and a lot of users. Especially, considering the high cost of the fiber optic cable that is used to connect the between centers and the between center and users, the network architecture is composed of a spanning tree. The optimization problem is reduced to choose the number and locations of the multiplexing centers, with network reliability constraints. Recenlly, genetic algorithms (GAs) have got a great advancement in related research fields, such as network optimization problem, combinatorial optimization, multiobjective optimization, and so on, and have received a great deal of attention about its ability as optimization techniques for many real-world problems. In this paper, a GA approach is presented for network topology design of wide-band multiplexed networks, considering the network reliability related to the probability of failures. We also employ the Pru˝fer number and clustering string in order to represent chromosomes. Finally, we get some experiments in order to certify the Quality of the network designs obtained by using proposed GA.
하이브리드 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 다목적 신뢰성 설계

A bicriteria reliability apportionment problem for a system consisting n subsystems with time-dependent reliability is manipulated in this paper. This reliability design problem with two objectives determines the optimum level of component reliability and the number of redundant components at each subsystem. The problem is formulated as a bicriteria nonlinear mixed integer programming problem, subject to several design constraints. Also, a hybrid genetic algorithm is used in this paper to find an optimal or near optimal solution and we propose the method which search the Pareto solutions of bicriteria reliability apportionment problems. Furthermore, numerical experiments are illustrated to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method.

인간의 수명과 행복한 삶을 유지하기 위해서는 디스크, 척추와 경추관련 질환의 예방이 중요하다. 따라서 착석자세 분석을 알아보고자 슬라이딩시스템의 좌판의 위치값을 측정하는 제어모듈을 결합하고 센서를 적용하여 시스템화하고 사용자의 무게중심, 착석시 분산정도, 착석시간, 압력분포 등의 산출된 자료를 구축하여 사용자로 하여금 생활패턴을 확인할 수 있는 스마트의자를 개발하려 한다. 이에 앞서 본연구에서는 개발품인 슬라이딩 의자의 구조적 안전성 및 내구성을 확보하기 위해 착석 시 발생하는 움직임에 따른 등받이부 및 슬라이드 상판부의 구조해석을 수행하였다. 등받이부는 머리하중을 제외한 착석했을 때 등받이가 나뉘어 받는 하중을 계산하여 단순화 작업을 통해 진행하였고, 슬라이드 상판부의 해석은 센서와 직접적으로 닿는 의자의 상판이 센서와 결합되었을 때 센서에 부하되는 하중에 대한 안정성을 검토하기 위해 분리하여 구조해석을 진행하였다. 등받이부는 아토스 철판(ATOS80), 슬라이드 상하판은 스테인리스 스틸 재질로 이루어져 있으며, 각각의 결합부에 따른 구속조건을 알맞게 설정하여 정적해석을 진행하였다. 등받이부의 해석결과 Fig 1.에서 보이는 것과 같이 폰 미세스 응력이 274MPa로 안전계수 2.8이 도출되었고, 상판의 구조해석 결과 142.2MPa의 최대 폰 미세스 응력이 발생하였고 안전계수가 2.8이 도출되었다. 이는 정적해석의 안전계수 3에 근접한 수치로 구조적으로 안전성을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 등받이부의 재질의 적절한 선택기준을 정량적으로 확인할 수 있었고 상판과 하판사이에 결합되어지는 센서에 부하되는 하중을 확인하여 센서의 내구성과 의자의 전체적인 안전성을 확인하여 향후 스마트의자의 개발 및 부품의 선정에 활용할 계획이다.

Military camps deal with various types of explosives. For instance, military engineering unit conducts education and training for laying landmines. However, in case of land mine craters installed with regular-level RC, structural safety may be in danger thus there is a necessity to utilize High Performance Fiber-Reinforced Cement Composites (HPFRCC), which has high functionality in protection and blast resistance. Therefore, in this research we conducted an field application of land mine crater of HPFRCC, using the existing optimal fiber mixing ratio and ERCO addition ratio.

Due to the increase in the usage of explosive materials and terrorism, the interest towards the superior explosion protective HPFRCC has risen. In existing research, the optimum ratio for solving the problematic problems such as the optimum fiber incorporation rate and the self-shrinkage crack of HPFRCC had been derived. However, there had been few or even no research upon how effective HPFRCC would perform protective explosion-proof in actual explosion. Therefore, this research compared the explosion-proof performance of HPFRCC according to fiber commination and mixing ratio. As a result, the combination of steel fiber and organic fiber showed excellent flow and strength, and it also improved the explosion resistance.

The anthers of Nicotiαnα tαbacum were cultered on the modified RM-1964 medium supplemented with IAA and kinetin. The histological studies were carried out on haploidal calluses developed. The results are summarized as follows: 1. A few days after inoculation, the anthers changed into light yellow or dark brown in color. 2. Fifteen days after culture, some microspores among the dark brownish anthers were developed into2-celled bodies. 3. Twenty days after, microspore·originated multicellular bodies were formed in anther locule, and appeared to be 24 chromosomes, so that these were considered definitely haploidal cells.
