운동과 중탄산나트륨 투여가 세포막 투과성 변화에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 근피로현상을 규명하기 위한 요인으로서 세포막 투과성의 변화를 평가하는것 이었으며,중탄산나트륨 투여가 세포막 투과성의변화에 미치는 영향을 규명하는것이었다. 신체건강한 성인남자 8명이 연구의 피험자로 동원 되었으며 이들은 400m 트랙에서 1500m 최대런닝을 수행하였으며 이후 중탄산나트륨 300mg/kg.wt의 섭취후에 동일한 실험을 반복하여 수행하였다. 중탄산나트륨 투여전 1500m 최대런닝에 따라 Na??(P<0.01) Ca????(P<0.05)은 크게 증가된 수준을 나타내었으나 K??, Glucose, LDH 및 Pi농도는 증가된 수준을 나타내었으나 유의한차(P<0.05)는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중탄산나트륨 투여후 1500m 최대런닝에 따른 Na??(P<0.0001)과 Pi(P<0.0001) 농도는 크게 증가되었으나 그 밖의 변인에서는 증가된 수준을 유지하였으나 유의한 차 (P<0.05)는 없는것으로 나타났다. 또한 중탄산나트륨 투여 전, 후간 차를 비교하여 보았을때 1500m 런닝직후 Ca????(P< 0.01)에서만 유의한 차를 나타내었으며, 그 밖의 어떠한 변인에서도 유의한차(P<0.05)는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 1500m 최대런닝에 따라 세포막 투과성의 변화는 피로에 기여하는 중요한 요인이 된다는 것을 평가할 수 있었으며, 1500m 최대런닝으로 유발된 세포막 투과성의 변화는 중탄산나트륨 투여에 의해서는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한다는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. The purpose of this paper was to estimate the changes of cell membrane permeability as indicator of muscle fatigue, and the effect of sodium bicarbonate ingestion. Eight male was participated as subject of this study. Subjects were performed a 1500m maximal running as control, Also as sodium bicarbonate ingestion(300mg/kg. wt). In the experiment of control, Na?? (p<0.01) and Ca???? (p<0.05) was shown significant differnce follows 1500m running, but was not shown significant difference(p)0.05) in the K??, Glucose, LDH and Pi concentration. In the experiment of NaHCO?? ingestion, Na (p<0.0001) and Pi(p<0.0001) concentration was significantly increased levels, but was not displyed a significant difference(p >0.05) in other factors. Also, only Ca????, Compared before with after of NaHCO?? ingestion, after 1500m maximal running was shown a significant difference(p <0.01), but was not shown a significant difference(p>0.05) in other factors. We concluded that, The changes of cell membrane permeability followed 1500m maximal running estimated as important factors to induce a muscle fatigue. However, the changes of cell membrane permeability was not proved the improved effect as sodium bicarbonate ingestion.

This essay to seek the poetic function of his autobiographical elements in Robert Burns's poetry. Robert Burns was not an illiterate farmer poet as one had have mistakenly thought since his time, but a gifted born poet who wrote very busily and availed himself every fragment of his leasure hours to write his numerons poems and songs with his fervent poetic mission. Like Goethe, the author of Poetry and Truth, also Robert Burns regarded his won character and life as so much ground grain for his poetic mill; and as he had imperious natural impulses that grounu grain was not inconsiderable. Though, as he anticipated in his fragment of autobiography, whim and fancy, keen sensibility and riotous passions, made him zigzag in his path of life, and although his poetic career may be accounted a faithful failure in the sense that he died before he had scaled The wished for height, Where, Man and Nature fairer in her sight, His Muse could imp her wing for some sublimer flight, His genious, his absolute command of the technique of his poetry, and his remorseless sincerity, made of these zigzags the Wilhelm Meister's Plilgrimage <Goethe's> of Humanity. The wild abandonment of reckless joy,the anguish of an upbrading conscience, the whole struggle of the soul with itself, reverence for the mysterious Power on which all things depend, scorn of cant and falsehood, aspiration after a juster and happier structure of society, wise and sober contemplation of life and duty these intensities of everyday life he reproduced as they never were reproduced before and may nevey be reproduced again.

魚類에서 分離한 粘液細菌의 病原性

每年 여름철만 되면 大部分의 養鯉場에서 많이 發病되어 큰 被害를 입는 아가미病은 새葉을 崩壞시키는 粘液細菌의 感染에 起因되는 点을 알게 되었다. 1. 病魚에서 分離된 8菌株의 粘液細菌에 對한 形態, 生化學的 性狀, 感染實驗에 依한 病原性을 觀察하여 Chondrococcus columnaris로 固定했다. 2. 感染實驗結果 미꾸라지 96%, 금붕어 92%, 비단잉어 81%, 쏘오드테일 22%가 發病되었으며, 病魚의 體表面, 지느러미, 새葉에 多少 差異는 있으나 崩壞되어 있었다. 3. 循環水槽의 流水槽에서 飼育한 感染魚와 感染率은 높았으나, 止水槽에서 飼育한 感染魚의 感染率은 낮았다. Recently, gill disease has been known to be associated with a serious mortality of pond-cultured Cyprinus carpio during the summer month in many carp farms in Busan areas. The disease has become a major cause of mortality in juvenile fish. It was found that this disease was caused by the infection of a myxobacterium which damage the gill lamellae of the host. The characteristics of eight strains of Chondrococcus columnaris isolated during a number of eqizootics periods of the bacterial gill disease were compared. This bacterium was identified by morphological, cultural, biochemical and pathogenic data. Among these eight strains of the C. columnaris only four were found to be pathogenic to fish by a serious of preliminaly tests, there four (C5-C8) were used for this experiments. Four species of fishes were used for infection experiments. In the aquarium without aeration and circulation the infected fish showed very low mortality, but ones with recirculation and or flow through water together with full aeration mortalities were very high, i. e., 92% for Misgurnus anguillicaudatus, 88.8% for Carassius auratus 77% for Cyprinus carpio, and 22% for Xiphophourus hellerii.

본 연구는 회계정보와 주가사이의 관계를 연구하는 실증적 연구에서 회계정보가 자본시장에서 유용하다는 관점에 중점을 두어 연구를 시작하였다. 기업의 연구개발비는 신기술과 신제품의 개발에 영향을 주어 기업의 초과가치를 향상시킬수 있고, 또한 광고선정비도 기업의 초과가차에 영향을 줄것으로 가정하여 이들 변수들간의 상관관계를 검증하였다. 기업의 상대적초과가치는 자보시장에 정보효과를 주어 누적초과수익률과는 임의 관계가 있을 것으로 가정하고 이 두변수간의 상관관계를 분석하였다 주기검증기간을 결정하기 위해 감사보고서일을 기준으로 하여 일별초과수익률을 구하고 변수와 가장 유의성이 높은 기간을 대상으로 하였으며, 상대적초과가치비율과 감사보고서일을 기준으로 한 일별초과수익률·누적초과수익률과의 관계를 회귀분석방법으로 실증분석하였다. 실증분석시 이익지속성 변수로 상대적초과가치비율을 이용하여 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과는 연구개발비는 상대적초과가치비율에 유의적인 양(+)의 상관관계를 보여주나 광고선전비는 상대적초과가치와 음(-)의 상관관계를 나타내며 유의적이지도 않았다. 초과수익률 산정시 감사보고서일을 기준으로 유의성이 높은 +2일에서 +23일을 검증기간으로 하였고, 이 검증기간의 상대적초과가치비율과 누적초과수익률에서는 지속적으로 음(-)의 상관관계를 보이고 있는데 이는 IMF로 인한 주가하락에 기안한 결과로 본다. 본 연구의 결과는 이익공시일의 결정에 있어서 감사보고서일의 전 후 유의성을 검증하여 회계정보의 누출여부를 검증하였고, 이들 회계정보가 이를 필요로 하는 정보이용자에게 유용한 정보가 될 것으로 본다.

Wordsworth의 Imagination攷

This study is to inquire into the meaning of the "God" in Wordworth's poetry and make clear what the characteristics of the reality of his poetry are. It was his habit to seek the reality in everyday life through the phenomena o natural scenes in his homeland. He uses the word "God" in his poems so many times that I was obliged to think the meaning of it from several aspects. In spite of his denial of pantheistic convictions in 1814, I am practically compelled to recognize his earlier belief that God was at one with man and nature. To Wordsworth, God is a real being who controls his conducts and thoughts which reflected subtly in his poems.

William Wordsworth의 Moral Idea (II)

In this essay, I have tried to retrospect the process of my academic life as a student of William Wordsworth and make clear the way to appreciate English poetry through my experience as a teacher. I have owed so much the eminant predecessors such as A.C. Bradley, Sir Walter Raleigh, H.W. Garrod, Ernest de Selincourt, Helen Darbishire, F.W. Bateson and Mrs, Mary Moorman and others. In order to extend my deep gratitude to other scholars. I have frankly explained their influences to me in the formative years past. Wordsworth's Moral Idea(which is Arnold's term) reflected in his poetry has a function in the reader's mind and soul to sustain his unconquerable will. I have tried my best effort to illustrate Wordsworth's moral idea in his poetic passages and consider its meaning ofr the reader in the twentieth century.

In this study, I have tried to seek the reality of scholarship of English Literature in Korea to-day. Actually, as most of Korean scholars of English Literature excluding the linguistics, have few facikites of instrument to study English Literature : it seems to me, they can hardly hope to produce any creative work in the field. But I insisted that if they have integrty of their own, they will, probably, have an opportunity to contribute to the development of scholarship of English Literature. As references, I have done my best to seek the methods of Dr. F.R. Leavis and Dr. Douglas Bush and to solve the difficulties in front of Korean scholars, who have their ambition to take over the tradition of their senior scholars who were their pioneers in the academic world of English Studies.
